From your inquiry all the way until your departure, balinb will guide you to your dream Bali Vacation. Once your reservation is confirmed through our platform, we will request your arrival information in order to organize your arrival, where you will be picked up by one of our private drivers (extra cost), that will then take you to your villa, where a member of our staff will warmly welcome you, give you the keys to the property, and answer any questions you might still have.
