This was one of the best places I have stayed! Me and 9 of my college girl friends stayed here and we had a great time. The on site staff are amazing and very attentive. The place is exactly as described. Great air con in the downstairs rooms, the upstairs was a little hot. Very thoughtful as they provided wall adapters, water to brush teeth, towels, etc. they also have a very nice filtered water machine which was a great addition and made us feel safer. Location is very quiet and serene, but easy to get to downtown Canggu. Thank you Max for having us at your place!

Maxime along with the concierge staff were very proactive and responsive before and during my stay. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The listing pictures matched identical to the Villa. Location is nice and quiet with eatery locations nearby in walking distance. The beach is super close. We had a great time!

The Villa looks even more amazing in person than it does in the photos. The villa staff were great and cooked a great breakfast for us. Patu the concierge was also great and arranged drivers into Canguu for us. The Seseh general store and Seseh pizza which are a short walk from the villa have great food. A fantastic stay - Highly recommend

Great stay, beautiful, clean and plenty of room. The only downside was the laundry, in which a number of our white items turned completely yellow. It was then left up to us to sort it out, and chase down a solution to try and get it fixed.

Beautiful Home!
This home was stunning and we loved how close it was to two restaurants and the beach. The home looks exactly like the images but even more speculator in person. One thing I loved was the small bathroom by the pool and the area where you could wash your feet. All rooms were cleaned, however one of our rooms smelled pretty horrible. We tried to spray and let some air in but it didn't work too well. Other than that all was great!

The property was amazing. Exactly how it looks in the pictures!! The cleaning staff coming in everyday was a huge help with us being a family of 7 adults and 3 young toddlers. The beach was a 5min walk from the property which was a plus to our overall experience. Thankyou Maxine!!!

Amazing villa close to the beach with cafes nearby. The villa was spotless and the common space was perfect for lounging with friends. Could not have asked for a better villa. Location was close enough to Canggu without having to be directly in the city. The villa management team was responsive to all of our questions and requests.

We really enjoyed the privacy and being out of Canggu for a bit. The villa was exactly as pictured and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The pool had sun all day and there was no construction noise anywhere to be heard. The only negative was the two lower floor bedrooms smelt like mold. The team tried everything to rectify it but we simply didn't use those rooms and moved our guests to the next villa.

Max and Putu is very responsive. Place was exactly like the pictures and the living and pool area was really aesthetic pleasing! Very well decorated place. Room & toilet was clean. All rooms had toiletries, hair dryer, mosquito repellent and air freshener too. the floor and sitting area felt dusty. But I guess it’s understandable as it’s considered to be an outdoor area. Overall I had a great time still. Just felt that it was alil bit expensive

We had the BEST time staying at the Villa. The place was absolutely beautiful and well worth the price. Great for a small group or family that is happy to be away from the main hustle of Canggu. There were some great little coffee shops in walking distance. All communication with Max and Villa management was fantastic. Check in was great and we were given a tour of the place. We organised to have our fridge stocked up and breakfast made every morning and the staff were so lovely. It was also spotlessly cleaned every day. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends.

With 4 rooms, it was a comfortable stay for 7 adults and 1 infant. Property was clean, looks like photos and pool was of an adequate size. 5mins walking distance to the nearest cafe and less than 10mins walk to the beach. Had a short episode of power trip during the first night (which is quite normal) and it was promptly resolved with their 24hrs concierge that we contacted via WA. Fair bit of insects which is expected and villa is stocked with insect sprays (: A slightly long drive (30mins - over 1hr) to Canggu due to traffic but overall a very enjoyable stay at the properly! Thanks for having us Max!

The villa was clean and looked exactly like the pictures shown online. No surprises. Aircons were cold which was very important in hot weather like this month of the year. Lightings were great, no dark places. Location was a bit hard to find especially if you're using gojek or grab, its not on the map or far from the actual pinpoint location. The road leading to the villa was dark so be careful. I tried to order some breakfast from their partner restaurant, surprisingly the food were great and cheap. staff was great and helpful one of the best villas I ever stayed in Bali so far 👍👍👍

This villa was absolutely beautiful, the styling is superb, location is just lovely, a tiny walk to the beach, a lovely little walk to a great coffee shop, restaurant and pizza shop. We loved arriving back to this villa, it’s location was perfectly removed from the business of Canggu. Max and the housekeeping staff were so lovely and attentive. It’s the perfect villa for a relaxing family holiday. We highly recommend 😊🙏

Wonderful place to stay , we felt welcome and comfortable . Beautiful place with great pool , kitchen and luxurious facilities . Our family enjoyed this place so much and is very private and close to the beach as well . Pak Dani took care of us very well . Daisy and Wayan made sure place was spotless and our meals was cooked to perfection taste .. no place like this ! Totally worth . The response was also good and they made arrangement for massage , in house cool , groceries everything .. we felt at peace here .. really recommend for 8 pax . 4 rooms .. would look at the water heater though as we had issues first day . But the management service is very responsive and attentive to your needs . Didn’t want to come back ! Made great memories and looking forward to coming back to Villa selaanc .. thank you for making it memorable for us with great genuine service and smiles . We appreciate it .. ❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹

Max has been a fantastic host and has made our stay in Bali a memorable one. The villa is gorgeous and looks exactly as the pictures. It comes with a full kitchen where you can cook, well maintained pool with several lounging bean bags that will make you want to stay around the pool the whole time. Bed + pillows were spot on, my family and I all had good sleep every night. All in all, one of the best airbnb I have stayed in and you should too, if you ever visit Bali.

A group of 6 of traveled to Bali and chose to stay at this villa. Pictures does this place no justice! It’s very beautiful and in a peaceful area of Bali. All the rooms have noise cancellation so that was awesome. The concierge team was awesome as well. Anything we needed they were there to assist with great communication. Highly recommend this villa for group trips or even couples. Bring lots and lots of bug spray for your skin. Bali has a lot of mosquitoes
