This place was amazing. Better than we expected. The villa is beautiful. A private pool, a fully equipped kitchen, amazing bedroom and balcony that has a perfect view of the sunset. The location is also perfect. It’s close to the beach and the busy areas but perfectly quiet and away from the noisy areas. The villa can fit two groups as it has two bedrooms but we had it to ourselves. There is a team of cleaners and a manager that are very responsive and super friendly. It’s all very professional. I didn’t want to leave!

Quiet location
My only complaints are the stairs to the top floor are very steep and should have handrails for safety. A curtain in the bathroom for privacy would be nice. I didn’t know it was an enclosed villa with no garden or views but other than that we did have a pleasant stay.

I highly recommend this location, which is close to many lovely places to go grab food, as well as the beach. There is a restaurant at the end of the road that has live music on Saturdays and Sundays too, if you don’t feel like walking too far and still have a good time! I would definitely stay here again. Everyone is very thoughtful and kind, and I couldn’t praise this place highly enough.

위치가 너무 좋았고 카페, 맛사지샵, 바, 해변 등등 가까워서 좋았어요. 저녁에 술집에서 노래소리가 좀 들리지만 그렇게 시끄러운건 아니고 너무 친절하고 좋았어요. 수영장은 사진보다 실제로보면 작아요 ㅋㅋ 제일 불편한 점은 에어컨이 약해서 시원하지 않았고 샤워시설에 수압이 너무 약해서 씻기 불편,,, 세면대도 물이 튀어서 수건으로 싸서 고무줄로 묶어서 썼네요^^;;; 하지만 직원들이 친절하고 빠른 대처가 좋았어요.

We stayed here for only 3 short days which was definitely not enough. The room was very cosy and comfortable. It takes the AC a while to cool the room down initially but it wasn't an issue for us. They provide better than average services in my opinion. There was a book full of services that they can help with (massages, transportation, food, etc.) which made the stay that much more stress-free. Location wise, it was perfect. Food was not hard to locate outside the villa as there were plenty of options. We even walked to the beach which took less than 30mins. The pool was also a great touch for cooling off in the Bali heat. I would love to return for another stay in the future. Thanks again for everything!

Awesome villa to stay at! The photos are exactly what you should expect. Spacious private room that was very clean. The location was perfect as you could easily walk to the Main Street in a couple minutes. We also had some questions and Maxime/Desy were super quick to answer. Would recommend staying here!

Our stay in this apartment was just what we needed for our short stay in Seminyak with only a 10/15 min walk to the beach. The place was clean and was fully equipped with what we needed. Desy gave us a friendly welcome and gave up help when needed, such as booking us a taxi to the airport. Thanks for our lovely stay here!

Place was great: nice little balcony, great AC with great amenities: options for spa treatment, the pool inside, transport to Gili Islands and other locations. The host was lovely with quick and helpful responses. Right off a main road so easy to walk. On an alley which is nice because it’s quiet but sometimes you need to walk to grab a car but only 50 yards.

This is perfect house for family, friends or couples. Really close to beach , restaurants and cafe. The Villa Manager responded very quickly whenever we needed help. Villa Massage was also very relaxing experience! Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed. We’d like to come back :)

Located at a quiet street, Maxime's cosy place is perfect for a getaway from the busy main streets of seminyak. The place is a little hard to find and does not show up on Google map. Nearest landmark would be Villa Fendi. Maxime, Desy and Chandra are helpful and would answer our questions promptly. Room is clean and all the basic amenities are provided.

Place was good! Great location. Cute restaurants and shops close by. Also, the beach was not too far. Clean apartment and the hosts were easy to reach. We had laundry done and that came back in a timely fashion and was inexpensive. The only downside for me was that the kitchen was lacking a little. Not much to work with if you want to do your own cooking. Overall, it was a good experience and I was happy to be staying there.
