This villa is a calming oasis close to the hustle and bustle of the main strip. It was easy to walk to restaurants, bars, shops and spas, and was also about 15min drive to a lot of attractions. Max was very responsive and helpful. The staff that visited the property to clean and maintain the garden were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this villa.

Well located villa with a beautiful pool area. Unfortunately missing some things which one would expect as standard in a villa at this price point. No blender, Bluetooth speaker (or any way to play music) or TV with casting ability. Bed in second bedroom was not comfortable. When we asked staff about the lack of a speaker, we’re told it was because the owner wanted to discourage parties.

We spent four nights in Max`s place. Description is very accurate, 3 spacious bedrooms of which 2 had semi open bathroom. Very quiet neighbourhood. Some details that were very much appreciated: mosquito coil and repellent,umbrellas… Rooms, bathrooms and swimming pool very clean . Very walkable to everything you might need. Communication was perfect: very quick replies, proactive. Special thanks to Kadek for her service!

Maison très bien située à Seminyak, proche des restaurants et des boutiques, tout en étant dans une ruelle au calme. 10 mn à pied de la plage. Par contre les photos de l'annonce doivent dater, car en réalité la villa est un peu plus vieille (carreaux fissurés au sol, peinture décrépie, poignée de porte cassée, trous dans les canapés, cuvette des toilettes abimée, robinet qui fuit...). Séjour apprécié dans l'ensemble.

Awesome Villa just as expected through pictures. Concierge services were awesome providing tours, transportation etc. always willing to help with any questions I had to make my stay and travels easier. Had a late evening flight and Max was very flexible and allowed for a late check out for a discounted rate much, much appreciated! Awesome polite staff. Property is not too far from good food and activities. Would not mind staying again!

Great Location, Clean, Beautiful, Cosy,Quiet,Peaceful,Amazing House…. I and My daughter enjoyed this house as well as our stay in Seminyak. Walking distance (35mins) to Potato Head beach club. Walking Distance (10 mins) amazing coffee shop bloom. Walking Distance (30 mins) Kim soo 25 mins to drive amazing Beach Sanur. 45 mins to drive to UBUD The personel was incredibly helpful too, Vani greeted us perfectly and helped us during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to stay, it was a highlight of our trip.

A hidden Gem
This is the perfect spot for us. An easy 10 minute walk to Bintang Supermarket and probably 15-20 to the beach. It’s down a safe gang off a main ish Road, that has plenty of local warungs. It is very private. We walked to Garlic Lane, Discovery etc in around 30 minutes. The layout encourages family time.

Nous avons réservé à la dernière minute. Hôte très réactif, nous avons pu faire le check-in plus tôt et avons eu un super accueil avec un bon jus frais ! Tout était très propre. La villa est au calme à 20 min à pied de la plage, des warung à proximité.. Nous avons un séjour parfait !

The manager and housekeeper were great, responsive , clean the place as expected and checkin was a breeze. I left my wallet there one day, and the housekeeper kept it safe for me, really appreciate that! The place however is much older than in pictures and all kitchen appliances are old. The water pressure for all showers are very weak. I highlighted this to Max after the first night but he did not response at all to it so it was a tad disappointing for a recommended host

We loved our stay at Villa Shanti. The villa is situated in a quiet alleyway away from the main road but still close enough to the main strip with restaurants etc. The rooms are very clean, as is the pool. Wifi is superb and the a/c strong. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning in the future.
