Very nice and spacious villa furnished with taste. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The villa is being managed by a professional company which does the check-in and explains things around the house. They are also available 24h by message for any issues during the stay and / or to book massages at the villa/activities. The wifi was also high speed and very stable which was nice. Only thing to note was the construction site in front of the house. You can’t see it from the villa but there is a bit of noise during the day which make it not so peaceful at times if you plan to stay most of the day in the villa. I believe it is a common problem right now in Canggu.

place was a beautiful relaxing place, pool was amazing the mossies and bugs are in full force once the sun goes down. bed were comfortable rooms were relaxing. aircon amazing! kitchen had everything you needed. only main comments I have is it was quite noisy of a night time and it's close to a school which was really loud from about 630am. however we were unable to use 2 out of 3 bathrooms of a night time due to being taken over by frogs/lizards/mossies etc. was also hard for our driver to find. but behind the sliding gate was a beautifully established set out place. the place was beautiful minus all the bugs lizards and frogs etc hahah

The villa is superb. Clean, spacious, full set kitchen amenities and great staffs. My note is just for the gate, and the access to go in/out from the villa to the street. Actually it is easier if the villa have a wider gate. Overall it was a pleasant trip to Bali cause the villa we stay make us able to have a great rest

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön! Die Zimmer sind toll aufgeteilt, sodass genug Privatsphäre gewährleistet ist. Die Küche und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Da die Pool-Pumpe kaputt war, haben wir eine Erstattung bekommen, noch bevor wir etwas gefordert hätten. Das war sehr zuvorkommend und bleibt uns in positiver Erinnerung. Die Haushälterin kocht sehr lecker und war auch sehr spontan. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in einer blitzsauberen Villa mit einem wunderschönen Pool und 3 riesigen Schlafzimmern mit sehr bequemen Betten und jeweils einem Badezimmer en-suite. Wir hatten jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner der sich immer sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert hat. Eine klare 10 von 10!

Beautiful villa and fantastic host was very helpful and responsive, villa was in a nice quite area but still close to all the shops and restaurants only a short drive away. we had someone come and cook for us in the villa and the food was lovely would highly recommend when staying here to do this at least one night, Will hopefully be back again soon.

La villa se situe dans une ruelle calme de Changgu . Mais il est nécessaire de louer un scooter ou une voiture pour se déplacer. Le centre de Changgu est a 15mn en scooter et la plage a 20 mn.. On peut aussi se faire livrer à manger facilement avec l’application Grab. La villa a une conciergerie très efficace et sympathique. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, le jardin et la piscine sont entretenus aussi. Le personnel est très agréable et gentil. Les chambres sont propres mais les salles de bains et la cuisine nécessiteraient un peu de rénovation.

Magnifique villa
Cette villa est tout simplement parfaite. La situation au calme mais pourtant proche de toutes les commodités et de la plage. L’agencement de la villa est idéal avec 3 belles et grandes chambres et une très grande pièce de vie ouverte sur la piscine.

Loved staying at Max’s villa over the new year. Fantastic host + concierge service + cleaners. Everyone was so lovely and hospitable. Easy check-in where we were greeted and shown around the villa, keys handed over. Cleaners came almost every day and changed all dirty linen, cleaned the bedrooms and left the villa spotless. We also were lucky to get complementary bottles of water throughout the stay. Great services available via communication with concierge- was able to arrange an on-call doctor to come to the villa promptly as well as drivers for airport transfers. Lovely clean pool area - deck around pool unfortunately was needing repair so could not lie in the sun as much as we hoped. Overall a great stay in a location walkable to central Canguu and lots of cafes/laundromats/massages/ easy marts. Cannot wait to return to Bali soon!

Villa was amazing, very spacious and clean. Villa concierge Putu was responsive, helpful and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Pool was amazing and clean too, though a little cold. Amenities available were more than sufficient. We all had an enjoyable time here and would definitely stay here again when we visit Bali. Thank you Max and Putu for the wonderful service!

Beautiful villa, bigger than it looks, the staff are so lovely and friendly. We loved our stay, felt very at home! 15 minute scooter ride to Canggu beach which is loads of fun. Loads of beautiful cafes with very healthy gorgeous food. Absolutely recommend!

Die Villa ist sehr schön und hat unfassbar viel Platz. Die Trennung der Schlafräume und der Aufenthaltsräume hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders herauszuheben ist hier allerdings in meinen Augen der Service um die Villa herum. Eine sehr bemühte und freundliche Putzkraft sowie ein hilfsbereites Concierge Team stehen dauerhaft zur Verfügung. Hier bleiben wirklich keine Wünsche offen und man kann sich zu 100% auf eine gewissenhafte Abwicklung verlassen. Der einzige minimale Minuspunkt ist für uns die Lage. Fussläufig sind einige Läden zu erreichen. Möchte man jedoch zum Strand, Bars, Clubs und größere Restaurants erreichen kommt man um ein Taxi oder Roller nicht herum. Im Gegenzug ist es in der Villa tagsüber und nachts sehr ruhig, was für andere Reisende bestimmt auch ein Pluspunkt wäre. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir können diese Villa und den bestehenden Service nur empfehlen.

4 of us had a wonderful stay at the villa. Putu and Willy were great to communicate with for check in and also arranging floating breakfast for us. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom which had citronella incense to ward off bugs since bathroom was outdoors. Beds also come with bug nets which helped a lot. Would recommend!

I love everything about this villa. Location staff. Comfortable peaceful. Amazing place very chill. With family or with your friends. I love everything about it we had cleaner everyday. To make our room Breakfast was amazing you only pay a little extra like 3$ per person. Very convenient. Close to berawa and semiyank. All the beach clubs and beautiful restaurant only 5 or 10 mnts drive.

Very recommended. spacious and clean villa, suitable for large families. the swimming pool is fun, clean. Every night there is a security guard guarding the villa so you feel safe. It's just that access to the villa because the area is dense so it's quite traffic. the staff is friendly and easy to contact and very helpfull. Near atlas beach club Will come back to this villa

Thank you to Max and his staff. My family and I had an amazing stay. Communication with everyone was effortless, very easy to get a driver, book a massage, and get breakfast daily. Ila was so sweet, attentive, and accommodating. There is not a single negative thing we could say about this place. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Nice and big accommodation perfect for group of 4-6 people. Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay there and the stuff is very nice and solved minor inconveniences very quickly. Great pool area! The villa itself needs some refreshments to be perfect. Don’t expect newly renovated or fresh up to date place it has some time related spots. Hopefully team will fix that in the nearest future and the villa will be on the top again❤️

The villa matched our expectations in terms of aesthetics and amenities. The rooms, toilets, and walk ways were amazing. The host, managers, cleaning staff, and security guard are super friendly and approachable - always greeting us with a smile :) However, there was often a cat / frogs / other tiny insects that roamed about and opened our chips (wasn’t a big deal to us, it created some laughs!). Some aspects in the shared space were not as clean as expected. But in general it was a great stay with a localised Bali feel - will recommend to others and might stay again when I’m back!

Maxime's place was beautiful! The staff were amazing, Martha helped us with booking massages, breakfast, and arranged for our private chef (which was also amazing value). The villa was beautiful and clean, with the exception of some spider webs and bugs. The pool is beautiful as well. If I had to nitpick one thing it would be that you can hear animals in the middle of the night and early in the morning since the villa is very open, but other than that I have no complaints. Maxime and staff were easy to communicate with and always responded in a timely manner. Thank you so much!

The property is AMAZING. The manager is good, and quick respond. Unfortunately im staying for 2 nights in Nyepi and never know that im going to running out of gas. They actually showed me where and how much left is the gas, but i dont know if thats for all of the room, Include the heater. Hope that you always put a back up gas for your next guest. Overall everything is GREAT! Very recommended!

What an amazing house ! We stayed there for 3 days and we couldn’t have better time. Really stylish, quiet and welcoming. We had a cleaner coming everyday looking after the house which was great. The bedroom are so beautiful and bed so comfortable, I had such great sleeps. I couldn’t recommend it enough! It’s not too far from the busy canggu area which is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful place. Ill be back !

Absolutely amazing Airbnb and lovely staff. Marta took great care of us along the way. Checkin was extremely easy, the location is stunning and calm (exactly what we wanted), the Airbnb is super clean and beautifully decorated, there is staff coming everyday to clean the rooms + pool and and and I stayed there for business reasons as I had a few meetings to attend. It was such a beautiful and relaxing contrast to going out and being in meetings all day. I cannot say anything negative about this place. I wish we’ve could’ve stayed there longer. Thank you for such a lovely stay!
