All of the staff including the manager and cleaner were friendly and accommodating. Villa was very clean and all the amenities were great, in particular the Bluetooth speaker. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would come back in the future!

villa Gala is ideal for people who want quiet and peaceful vacay. the location of the villa is right at the end of the ally. walking at night have to caution since there isn't any street light and the flooring to the main road is uneven. the best thing about the villa are the toilets and partition wardrobe. very nicely decorated just as the pictures. the villa kitchen is well equipped as well for cooking. another good thing about max place is water dispenser, u don't have to walk out to buy water. the price we paid for the villa was worth it.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The pool is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are just awesome – such a fantastic design. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, which came in handy for preparing meals for our kid. However, it's worth noting that you don't really need to cook because you can have everything delivered to your doorstep. Plus, there are some fantastic dining options nearby. We highly recommend trying the delicious pizzas available just outside or heading around the corner to experience the best French bakery and breakfast spot in Bali – Braud. The croissants and pastries are out of this world, and don't even get us started on the eggs benedict, pastrami sandwich, and croque madame – they're all simply awesome!

Location was optimum for first time Bali comers, it was central to all activities and it had some very good restaurants close by. I was also very impressed with the attentive staff and host of the villa, they were quick to respond to my queries such as when we wanted to book massages or go on day trips, etc. It was also a relatively private location, with minimum to no noise on a daily basis for us to enjoy the pool. Small details to note is that, the alley the get to the villa is quite narrow, just a warning for those coming with a larger Car. I would also say, the place can be elevated to reflect the luxury in its title. We had stained sheets, towels and couch (not dirty just stained) which they did change upon request, but could have avoided with a little more attention to detail. Overall, you pay for what you see in the pictures, I would recommend, and it is worth the money.

Max was very helpful and responsive all the time. We appreciate how accommodating they were when we arrived very late at night and requested for late check-out. Staff Dewa and Dela were very attentive, offering A1 services. We enjoyed the pampering available on site and the cooked meals . Overall our stay was very pleasant. The place is great and would definitely recommend.

Our stay was amazing! It’s a great location off the noisy strip and we felt very safe walking through town well after midnight. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping areas nearby. We had breakfast and dinner made for us while there and everything was delicious! We would for sure stay again!!! Things to note: 1. If you order a grab, don’t get the XL car as it may not fit down the block. 2. The home can use some fresh paint and a few other cosmetic updates but still gorgeous! 3. There are gardeners and maintenance that visit the property during the day so if your looking for quiet time with no interruptions, let the manager know in advance.

A very nice stay in a very nice area away from all the noise but still just 10 min by scooter to the beach. Located at the end of a long narrow road but easy to find with map. In the large street plenty of options for both breakfast and dinner just 5 min away by foot. The kitchen is fully stocked which was nice. In the bathroom there was both shampoo and conditioner. Only small thing I would change was the villa needs smart TV like most other villas have by now or/and TV in the living room for a large family to enjoy time with a movie. I cannot recommend this villa enough and we will come back if Bali is on our travel list. We were allowed to stay a bit longer on the day of departure which we enjoyed. Thanks to Max and team.

Max’s villa is a great Airbnb place for Seminyak. Great host and villa for people new to Bali as staff were super helpful. The check in process was seamlessly easy and convenient as we had staff meet us at the villa and gave us a tour of the place and some helpful tips. The place was beautiful and clean, and also had lots of ammenities. Kitchen is fully equipped and the villa has extra touches to make you feel welcomed and prepared for your stay. The cleaning staff were lovely and always ensured the villa was cleaned daily. The staff were easily contactable when we had questions or any issues. One day we had issues with plumbing and within 1 hour it was fixed. Really recommend this place! The location is just outside of the Seminyak CBD but still off a main road which has lots of cafes and mini marts. I’ll be coming back here for sure. Thank you for having us!

My husband and I stayed at Max's villa for just over a week and it was just perfect! The location is great, with quite a few restaurants just around the corner and everything else just a short scooter ride away. The villa itself was just as advertised and the pictures are accurate. Check-in was seamless, and we also had access to a concierge service that reached out to us ahead of our flight and we were able to book everything from airport pick-ups, to scooter rental and a car service through messages! There are little details in the villa that we really appreciated (for example there is a bluetooth speaker available so we were able to connect and listen to our own music while lounging in the pool) Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this place! I would definitely book it again as it was great for just my husband and I but would also work really nicely for a family or group of friends! Thank you Max for a very wonderful stay!

Beautiful villa, just as pictured in the photos. Great location. A few things to mention, one of the bedrooms aircon wasn’t strong enough and made it hard to sleep, this was reported but nothing done. I later looked at reviews to find this has been an issue for while now. The cost the villa management charges for activities is x3 what you would pay arranging it through a local guide on the streets. Example, we booked a boat to Gili air for 200mil with insurance and the villa wanted to charge 600mil. You also have to pay for anything extra like pool floaties, small things that in my opinion should be included. Otherwise it was good, very easy to walk to restaurants or catch a grab into town. Very clean, however note that cleaners only come every 3-6 days. They were flexible with check in time too which was appreciated and the pool and bedrooms were great. Kitchen had all the utensils and appliances you’d need.

While checking out I had forgotten my AirPods in the Villa. While tracking I found its last location there only. But when I contacted the staff to help me with that they simply denied and responded rudely. Not at all friendly nor helpful. Also during my stay in the Villa they had lots of terms and conditions. I had to pay for every basic thing about which I was not told before. Also the staff asked us to pay extra for coming on weekend which was generally not seen at other places. Not a good experience though. Won’t recommend. Too much expensive.

The villa is great, very cozy and relaxing, with a complete utensils in the kitchen, and a quite big pool. The location is great if you want to explore Kuta, Seminyak and Canggu area. But the way to the villa is quite small (better to not use a big car such as Inova, it can fit, but the car will have scratch on it as you need to pass the road with plant on both side, something like Xenia still ok) On the day we want to check in, the Admin give us the wrong location for the villa 2 times, as I’m not familiar with Bali, so I just follow the location link they gave me. we ended up spending 3 hours from Nusa Dua to the villa (it supposed to be only 45min). The light power also down on our 2nd night, we need to turn it on by ourself (a bit teamwork needed for this) Overall, we are a bit disappointed, but we still love the villa. will we come back? hmm maybe😄

Absolutely fantastic Airbnb. Stunning property with gorgeous decor, you can really tell that a lot of time and attention has gone into the interior design of this place. The bedrooms were all very spacious with fantastic en suites, one en suite even has a large stone bath and indoor plants! The living space is ideal, a large kitchen with all of the amenities, a large L shaped sofa, dining table and then the gorgeous pool and tropical plants. Night time around the pool is very special given the spotlights. This villa is super premium and every element of the stay and communication with the host reflected this. Lovely lady who manages the villa and lots of options for extras such as a private chef for breakfast. Can’t wait to come back! Great location also. Overall flawless

Some minor issues like some small stains on the sheets, and the fact that there’s nowhere to store luggage after checkout if you’ve got a late flight. Other than that, would really recommend!

My friends and I stayed in this villa for 5 nights and it was the best decision! It’s exactly like the pictures. The open kitchen/mini living room area is so cute. The bathrooms have an outdoorsy look and feel but they closed from above which is a big plus. The whole villa is super clean. The villa manager and concierge were very helpful, they suggested driver Sugu for our trips/airport pickup and he was amazing! The alley is a bit challenging to enter but it didn’t bother us, most drivers were able to get to us. I would definitely recommend booking this villa. (My only tiny comment would be upgrading bedsheets and duvet covers)

Just 3 minutes walk to the famous Gusto Gelato and 5 minutes to naughty nuris.. They even provide us a speaker to enjoy!! 3 nights just not enough to stay in this villa.. Place was super comfortable, the AC in the 3rd room was somehow broken when we came, but the staffs fixed it directly so we can use it in the night. Another issue is the plumbing/water pressure for shower was pretty low so the water that got out from shower is not really satisfying. Also, when we first came, the amenities (hand soap, bath soap) were all drained out, didn't know if the housekeeper forgot to fill the bottles. The other else was fine.

Absolutely loved our stay here, definitely will come back. The interior was artsy, clean, and really spacious, loved the landscape and everything was provided for. The common area is really nice and open. The checkin and checkout were really seamless, and everyone was really warm and helpful. The only downside was the road leading to the villa was really tight and unfortunately we were driving an SUV, so we try not to come in and out too often. Otherwise, splendid! :)

First of all, we had an amazing stay. The location was perfect. Price wise, the place was worth it. Parking spot was spacious. The alley-way was wide enough. Kitchen was completed with various sizes of pots and pans, cuttleries, glasses, plates and bowls. All of the rooms were very bright with all the lighting arrangements, which was great. The pool was big! Things that could be improved: 1. The water ran very small. It took us long to finish our shower. 2. The AC in master bedroom and bedroom 2 were not cold enough. The first night I woke up sweating bcs I was using the blanket. The next couple of nights we ditched the blanket and we slept ok. 3. The towels looked very old and worned. They were clean though. 4. An additional TV set in the living room would be great!

When we’ve selected the villa we hoped it looks the same as on pictures. It was our first Bali trip and we really did not know what to expect. When we came to the villa it was dirty (according to our standards), we’ve asked mates to clean up some things, they did what they could, but in general villa has a lot of defects, like cracks, electricity issues, sinks, which are not draining water. Nasty sofa, which was “cleaned” by professional crew, the table made of wood, which was eaten by termits or just destroyed. Cleaning could have been way better and detail oriented, but it wasn’t. Noisy beds, bad smells in bathrooms, cracked and broken furniture. Things just didn’t look the way they were pictures in photos. Villa has a nice design, nice mates, but it lacks massive deep renovation, cleanse and management. For its price it is bad.

Really enjoy staying here and wish to stay longer! The location is perfect, the pool is clean and big enough to do a real swim (not just dipping or get your foot wet). They provide cute and fun floaties. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The dining table and common room are big enough for 6 people. Mrs Yunika assisted us well and did her job best. Really love staying here and definitely will come back!

Seminyak: Overall stay was very pleasant: great location, awesome service by hostess (Miss Yun), with complete amenities from pool floaties, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bath tubs. Small caveat is finding the villa, which is located in a narrow (1-car-wide) alley which is not unusual in Seminyak area. Slight problem with scarce parking area, although assigned, we had a neighbor’s guest car occupying our parking space. Took a whole night to resolve, but just a minor bump to our great stay!

Stayed here with 5 people - was absolutely amazing. The pool is great and extremely relaxing, bedrooms are all you need and bathrooms are next level. Arranging anything from massages or a scooter at the Villa was only a message away and at a great price (tons more you can request if needed). Location has plenty around it to get you started including some cheap shops and gelato, and you're not hassled by street sellers every 2 mins like in Kuta. You're either a 25ish min walk or a $2 taxi/grab/gojek to Seminyak square and nearly anything else you need. Would recommend.

Had a blast staying at the villa. The rooms were beautiful and bathrooms even more so. Yohanna (Joanna) was very helpful and so were the staff. The living space was huge and very well-designed. We absolutely loved the pool too. The only thing I would add is that there is a long narrow street leading to the villa, which is fine but you have to tell the drivers that they can drive into that street and that they can pick you up from there too!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Gala... The room, common area, kitchen, ah everything is exactly perfect. The cleanliness, the decoration. The kids enjoyed the pool, the location is so good although we had to walk from the street because we rode a big car so it’s difficult to get in to the alley, but we enjoyed every moment One thing, maybe you can improve the quality of the wifi because we couldn’t even connect to it... we didn’t report it to Yohana because it’s not a big deal for us, but maybe it matter for your future guest. We enjoyed every moment at Villa Gala Thank you very much!

The place is amazing! Super comfortable... the common areas are great and then the rooms are super comfy (don’t even get me started about how amazing the bathrooms are). The pool was to die for and such an amazing place to relax! The people that take care of the villa, cook breakfast and that you can hire for driving you around are super nice. We loved our stay and want to come back soon!

100% recommend this villa it is absolutely breath taking and amazing , everything is there for your needs, yohana is an amazing host and will do anything to make your stay comfortable and amazing , and kadek is the most wonderful cook cleaner baby Sitter everything you name it she will do , and she will do it with no hesitation , I’m sad I didn’t want to leave her because she is just an amazing lady , she made sure we felt comfortable every morning , she was at our place at 6am cooking our breakfast to be ready by 7am , we told her what we wanted and she made sure she made it , we had people come to our villa and get massage , also had people coming to our villa to sell us products instead of being hassled on the streets , I can go on and on but you will not regret staying here , when we come back to Bali next year we are going to make sure we stay here again it is the best ever , oh and I forgot to mention they even give you a phone with credit on it so you can call around so you don’t need to stress about calling , but yes do not hesitate to book this villa just do it I promise you won’t regret it :) a+ and 10 stars for me , thanks yohana and kadek :) :)

The villa was exactly as shown in the photos and the location is superb. It is down the road from Naughty Nari’s and away from the busy seminyak area. Corner house and kilo bar is about 15 minutes walk away. Our host Maxime and villa manager Yohanna were amazing. They communicated very well from booking to check in and check out. They even helped us to organise house massages and BBQ. The pool was the kids favourite! We will love to be back again!

You get looked after like royalty, and the peaceful setting once inside the gate is amazing you certainly do not feel like you are in a busy part of Seminak. It is a great space to be together or you can relax in your own space. Everything you need is provided and nothing is a problem. Loved it.

Also we book the massage in villa, the host is very helpful and the massage is good and cheap! We must come back the villa when we travel next time. Absolutely beautiful villa! Just stayed here with my family of 6 and it was just perfect. Putu was a breeze to communicate with and helped organise any extras I needed at my stay at the villa. Eg. Birthday cake, massages and balloons. Location is walkable distance to Seminyak main streets and villa was incredibly safe. Couldn’t recommend more!
