Incredible. The Villa is fantastic, the pool is so beautifull, the house is very well designed, there are many tables many seats, air conditioning, fans etc. The rooms are super nice, cosy and peacefull. Max and his staff are so kind. Everything was smooth, our house was always clean, always smelling good, the pool was cleaned everyday as well as the garden. He was very flexible and always available when needed. I would recommend to book this Villa 200% !

We chose Bora Bora Villa to cater for our family of 8 adults and 5 children. It lived up to the promise. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A large kitchen and dining space that opened onto an indoor outdoor living space that allowed close interaction with the large swimming pool. Certainly has the wow factor! It offers lots of comfortable sitting and lounging options. There is also lots of garden space for the kids to run around and kick a ball. There are some good restaurants in walking distance but walking in Canggu is not pleasant. We found Gogek an easy and cheap option for cars, scooter rides and to have food delivered from the excellent restaurants in the Canggu area. The Villa provided a cook for a dinner and a breakfast and the food was very good. Ayu the housekeeper shopped for pantry items and drinks for us and kept the house tidy and clean. She did this in a quiet, efficient and kind manner. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Thanks for having us.

We couldn’t have wished for more during our stay! The Villa was spectacular and the staff were incredible. Cafes and shops walkable, and the beach is under 30 min walk away/ 5min scooter. The Villa was relaxing and peaceful! All rooms had air conditioner and were spacious! The staff were so wonderful - on one of our nights they cooked us dinner and one morning they prepared a full breakfast, which were both delicious and affordable. We also hired scooters from the villa staff which was convenient. Overall this place was dreamy and we’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful villa. Spacious enough for several families without feeling overcrowded. Bedrooms were far from each other so each family had their private space. Staff were extremely warm and helpful. Highlight was the pool of course which we found quite family friendly as there were a part of the pool near the house that was more shallow, and the little ditch/drain at the edge of the pool also entertained the kids as they could play and walk up and down it.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Villa Bora Bora. We were met by the driver at the airport and arrived at the villa it be greeted by the staff. The villa is just as the pictures show it. It was clean and the beds very comfortable and very well equipped. The staff were very helpful and arranged cars and drivers for days out and the couple of problems we had were quickly resolved. I must give a special mention to Iyu and Amee who were brilliant and came in every day to clean and make up our rooms and sheets and towels were frequently changed. They organised and cooked a lovely floating breakfast for a birthday celebration and also organised getting us a cake. The villa was in walking distance of a few lovely restaurants for breakfast and evening meals but we did also use the grab taxis for going out at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Villa bora bora was very good we stayed in a group of 9 the staff were very helpful and friendly, they came and cleaned every day and they had a security guard for the night time so it made it fell like a safe secure place, it is a little way to the main part of Changu to walk so gojek was what we used mainly to get around, the alleyway to the entrance is a little tight for cars so be careful, only part of the stay that annoyed us was the 5 am wake up every morning with the music from the mosque which must be close as it is very loud - nothing really the Villa can do about that tho. Overall was very good and would recommend to others

Beautiful place, if you have a large family or gathering. The staff who worked there were brilliant. Nothing was ever too much trouble. If we could have given 10 stars for the maid service we would have. Very small negative was that quite a few of the cups were chipped & The kettle was very small and cheap, took ages to make a hot drink for everyone. Easy fix but it needs to be done. Putu the concierge was really helpful throughout and really responsive to requests.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The villa was beautiful, plenty of space and an outdoor living area that made our time so enjoyable. The biggest stand out was the staff, who answered our every need - no matter what time of day we contacted them. We were treated so well and we would recommend this place to anyone, can’t wait to come back and visit again one day.

I am sad I couldn't give this property 5 stars, but a few too many issues during our stay has prevented this. The photo's do show the property in the best light, however it has not been well maintained and the AC is not effective in the bungalows and upstairs master bedroom. The two interconnecting rooms AC was actually too cold. No fans in any bedroom. The large bungalow leaked when it rains (right onto the bed), this happened two nights, even though it was "fixed", the rain was typical tropical rain, so I am sure it had happened before even though the host claims it hadn't and there was already a tarp on the roof. The previous guests had a NYE party in the Villa and there was broken glass in the pool that the staff knew about. Our daughter cut her foot on it. Also no plastic for drinks is provided which is negligent. The key situation is chaotic, they all look the same, easily fixed with some key rings with the room names on it. Otherwise it is a top location and quiet.

I stayed at Villa Bora Bora with some friends for my 30th birthday, we had such an incredible time. The Villa is absolutely beautiful. We had so much space, and we absolutely loved the in the pool bar! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had two delicious breakfasts prepared and the Villa was cleaned every day. Location wise, it is in a nice quiet area and has security, but is just a short drive on a bike or in a car into Canggu. We had such a beautiful stay.

Out of 5 weeks we spend on bali we had our best time accommodation wise with max and villa bora bora! The place is beautiful and the stuff really makes you feel home. Max offered us to plan trips and activities and really took great care of us. The place is clean and well managed, I would highly recommend it with all my heart!

We had a fantastic stay in villa Bora Bora. It is ideally located in gorgeous canggu; close enough to get taxis everywhere but also far enough that you have privacy in your Villa! The staff were incredible and able to accommodate anything we needed. The pool and large garden was a big plus. I would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone staying at canggu.

We stayed with a group of 7 at Villa Bora Bora and had a great time! The place is spacious, has lots of seating areas, is clean and has all you need. We enjoyed the bungalows and the outdoor area. Putu, the villa manager was very helpful in answering all our questions upfront and organizing our trips and airport transfers. The housekeeping and security staff did a great job and were not intrusive at all. All the beds are great and there is enough wardrobe space. The place is in a quiet road next to a rice field. It is walking distance to many great restaurants and shops.

Maxime's vila is a great place to stay for large groups or families. We met up there with our adult children and our grandchildren (7 adults and 5 kids) and stayed for one week. The vila is really gorgeous and we had a great time there. We especially enjoyed the very spacious semi outdoor meeting room with several large sofas, the large pool and the garden. Amy and Ayu, the two ladies who came every day to clean up all rooms and the living space, were very helpful, very friendly and well trained, they immediately took care of everything we asked for. A very special thanks to them! The large kitchen provides everything you need to cook your own meals (we did so especially for the kids), but it is also easy to order food from one of the numerous restaurants nearby. The Splash Water Park and the beach are only minutes away by car, if you feel like going out. We'd definitely come again to Vila Bora-Bora!

First we had slight concerns after reading some of the Google Maps reviews. However, none of it came true. We had a fantastic stay! I would like to highlight the excellent work of the cleaning crew, poolboy and maintenance. Minor repairs were done within hours (!!) after reporting it, and with good respect to privacy. I can reccomend this Villa to anyone. The location is very good, several restaurant are in walking distance and only a few minutes with scooter/car to the tourist hotspots. Thank you so much, we're leaving with heavy hearts and good memories.

Pros: beautifully maintained garden, and pool. The main living room is amazing. You can just sit on the couch and enjoy the view! It’s amazing because the garden is facing the rice field. The villa is classic and it’s very comfortable! Me and my friends have always been having a staycation together every month and this villa is by far is one of our favorite! We paid the cheap corona price and what so the value is great! Great kitchen utensils, we cooked our dinner! Cons: the water isn’t stable. On our first night, the water is off, in the morning the maintenance guy came and fix the water. The water heater isn’t stable, wifi can be improved, and the bbq grill is poorly maintained. Oven is broken, water dispenser is often jammed. Rooms are relatively small, not so spacious but it was ok! Overall, we’re grateful to spent 3nights in this villa! The manager is fast respond as well. We already gave our feedbacks to the manager and he received it so well. We love it here! We will be back!

Villa Bora Bora was a fantastic place to stay for a large group or two or more families. The pool was large, clean and there was a lot of room for the kids to run around on the lawn. The staff were kind and friendly and quick to please with any request. The villa was only a short car ride from the main Canggu at a cost of only $3AUD. There were also some great little restaurants within walking distance. Loved our stay, thank you so much Maxime x

Villa is visually flawless, views of rice paddy’s through the glass fence and a perfect layout for a large group with the rooms all spread out over the property. The pool is amazing, with seats in the water and pool actually goes through the centre of villa! Tiles around pool very slippery so be very careful. Some things could definitely be improved and location not waking distance to much so we recommend staying here if you’re happy to get transport or hire bikes.

Villa Bora Bora is perfect for an extended family holiday! So many great spaces to be alone and relax, have a massage, read a book, drink by the pool...it provides space for a wonderful holiday. The villa staff are lovely and extremely helpful. We thought the location was great, and could walk to many great eating spots. We loved ordering in and eating poolside. Great, well equipped kitchen. Stunning pool and swim up bar area. We also loved the villa 'pets' !! Thank you Villa Bora Bora and staff for a fantastic Christmas.

The Villa was perfect accomodation for our group of 9, big, spacious clean and in an amazing location, having the 2 villas made the place feel even bigger and much more spacious! Having the pool to relax around at the end of the day was a great way to chill out before dinner. The team that looked after us while we were there made our trip so much better than we expected, the villa manager Willy was incredible and tended to our every need quickly and easily! It is a great villa with a very nice design and a lot of love to details. We were very happy to stay there (3 families and kids). Also parking for 3 cars was no problem. It took us 6 minutes to get to the beach by car but there is a great pool besides that aswell, plus a lot of possibilities to chill out. Once again: the design and the space are very impressive. Thanks for all to owner Maxime, manager Willy and service personal! We enjoyed our stay!

This place is definitely a steal and even though it is a bit further up from Seminyak and the hotspots of Bali, it is only 15 minutes away from the bars and clubs in Seminyak such as Woobar, La Favela and the nice beaches. It may not look as new as the pictures but it is definitely well-maintained and very clean.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Bora Bora! The villa was amazing, so much space and beautiful in design! We were a large group with many kids ranging in age from 4-12 and the kids had a blast running around the backyard and playing in the pool. So much room to spread out! Ami and Ayu were our favorite! They cooked us some yummy meals and took such great care of us. They really cared for our kids. They also helped get us taxis, scheduled massages at the villa and would give us recommendations on places to go or eat. The villa is walking distance to many shops and restaurants and a super short taxi ride or maybe a 15-20min walk to the beach. Maxine was super easy to contact and was really helpful throughout he entire process. Loved everything about our stay here!

Мы остановились на этой вилле на неделю с друзьям. Начну с того, что из аэропорта нас встретил бесплатный трансфер на 3-х машинах, которые с максимальным удобством довезли нас до виллы. Willy сразу помог арендовать нам 7 мотоциклов, которые нам просто привезли на виллу, мы лишь отдали деньги (дешевле, чем в городе). Персонал приходил каждый день с уборкой, 2 прекрасный женщины помогали нам во всем. От заказа Массажа до доставки ящика пива на виллу. Мы отдохнули на все 100%. Вилла была просто шикарная. Территория чистая, зелёная, уютная. Если мы в следующий раз поедем на Бали компанией 14 человек, то обязательно выберем эту виллу снова. Willy, ты лучший, спасибо тебе за все! Это лучшее место, которое мы бронировали через Airbnb!

This villa was the nicest place i have stayed, the villa is beautifully designed in an open Balinese design with French accents. The staff are accommodating in every way and nothing was too much trouble and they were great with the kids. Located in a great part of canggu, quiet but everything is easily accessible via a scooter or taxi. It is a great villa for families with 2 separate bungalows on site, a large yard and feast big open family area. The pool was large and big enough for everyone to enjoy whole the lawn are have the kids plenty of space to run around. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and Maxime is very accommodating and very promt with getting back to you. Thank you Maxime!

This villa is amazing! The host was always available if anything was needed and the staff in the villa where always willing to help if there were any issues at all. The villa was very clean as exactly as in the pictures. Would defiantly recommend it to everyone who wants an awesome villa in Canggu! :D

泳池很棒，房间很有当地特色，设施、服务齐全，性价比高。但是位置有点偏，去每个景点都要坐车一小时左右。庭院里的坐垫和吊床有点脏。

This villa is awesome! Exceeded our expectations! Pool was great. The communal area is well thought of and a very good space to hang out. Staff was very friendly. Villa was cleaned everyday. It was very easy to communicate with Maxime and her responses were very prompt. We had a great time at the villa. Will definitely come back again! Recommend to anyone who’s looking for a villa in Canggu!

Amazing Villa
We had an amazing staying at Villa Bora Bora. Maxime has always been available, good service with cleaning ladies fixing the rooms every morning. Perfect for big groups of friends who want to stay together in a comfortable facility. In the villa there is also an amazing pool! Good location, very central in Canguu. On a separate note I would advise everyone to book cabs on apps like Grab or Go-Jek, never trusting local drivers. Also driving back home with your own scooter could be dangerous at night. We have had a lot of problems with drivers asking for triple the price and threatening to call "local gangs". Unfortunately the security which is present outside the villa is not very helpful.
