This was the first experience my family and I had with an Airbnb, as we are used to stay in resorts all the time. But Villa Jago provided exactly the same feeling with its luxuriousness, the helpful and amazing staff and the best host Max! Its location is very near to some of the popular tourism attractions, and by a walking distance you can find mini markets, laundry, ATM… etc. Would definitely recommend staying in Villa Jago! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had a wonderful stay in this airbnb! The concierge service was extremely helpful in organizing activities and rides for the day. The pictures were accurate; villa was very gorgeous and we were able to relax by the beautiful pool. All of the staff were super helpful and kind. The only inconvenience was that the location area isn't very walkable, especially at night. Highly recommend taking advantage of the private chef option! Thank you so much for a great vacation!

My goodness, you definitely get your money's worth with this place. Tropical vibe, private pool, ensuite for all bedrooms, well stocked and equipped kitchen. This is an airbnb that is run like a serviced apartment/hotel. The check in staff are super friendly and responsive. I cannot give enough praises for the housekeeper (mbok iluh) She came everyday and would spend hours cleaning the house (kitchen wiped, dishes washed, beds made, bathroom cleaned, mopping and cleaning the windows) she took pride in her work. I would give her a raise if I was her boss. The concierge service is excellent. Run like a luxury hotel. The location is tucked away from the all the noise, but some neighbours (other tourists) can be loud, but thats sometimes unavoidable and not the fault of the management. Plenty of services for good prices (laundry, massage etc). Max was very helpful, we had a flight delay and he helped us with a late check out. Cannot recommend this place enough. definitely will come back

Perfectly clean, spacious villa that looks even better in real life than the photos. The Villa is very well maintained. Staff are wonderful with daily cleaning. Walking to Seminyak main street is doable, but you do have to navigate a busy street. There are very friendly drivers available outside the complex who drove us to and from restaurants every night. There’s a really cute little breakfast / coffee place just 2 minutes walk down the road we wish we discovered on the first day! We loved our stay here.

Por ponerle un pero, esta un poco lejos de la zona de restaurantes y tiendas, pero no es ningún inconveniente, porque la propia seguridad de la villa se encarga de pedirte un taxi a un precio mas que justo. This place is a beauty and extremely clean. The lady who cooked breakfast for us every morning was amazing. She made sure the breakfast was prepared as we liked it and she kept our place really clean. The pool area was the best for us. We spent the day laying out and at night we gathered in the kitchen area to enjoy the view. I would definitely stay here again.

Wow. I’m still in shock from having to leave our beautiful villa! Max and team are professionals to the core and it shows. The place was immaculately clean, the daily maintenance and staff were top notch and the Villa truly felt like our home for the almost three weeks we spent there. I would highly recommend staying at the villa and taking in this beautiful area of Bali. We will be back!

The AirBnB is pretty and check in was seamless. Really wish I could give our experience a 5*, but the location makes it difficult. Dont get me wrong, it is pretty central. However, in the area where it is located, jalan Bidadari, there are gangs of local transport drivers that are unhappy every time we order rides through apps. Many drivers that we ordered through Gojek/ Grab (Uber equivalent in indonesia) refuse to pick us up in front of the villa and asked that we walked out to the main road to avoid conflicts and confrontation with local drivers. Mind you, these local drivers charge 3-4x above online rates. Seems that these local drivers are friends with security guards employed by the villa and hang out at the security guard post. Being a group of 4 girls, we felt really unsafe having to walk pass the security guard post where the local drivers actively try to tell us that this is their territory and that we are not supposed to order rides online.

My friends and I enjoyed our time at Max’s Villa, however, we did find the right number of things that did not match the listing all the five star rating we had read about. While the location is fantastic and easy to travel to both Seminyak and Canggu and we enjoyed having a very large pool to utilise throughout our stay, there were a few things that stood out that slightly hindered our trip. Throughout our stay, there was a really awful smell coming from all of the bathrooms. This was more than likely through the local water, which we understand, is not something that the villa can control, however, it did make the bathrooms unpleasant to be in. The first bedroom is also significantly darker than pictured, which made it very hard to be in during the day. The beds all creeked a lot too. We also dealt direct with the rotating concierge team so it make direct communicate a bit tricky. Location-wise this was a great stay, but sadly didn’t quite meet the 5-star reviews we read.

An absolutely lovely villa in the heart of Seminyak. We loved the fact that there were so many food options within walking distance and available for delivery. The pool was AMAZING. The water temperature was warm even at night which made for lovely evenings swimming and relaxing. Max was a wonderful host and helped us book a motorbike and massages. A fabulous villa!

Max and his team were super! The concierge services were very on point and they were extremely responsive even during early mornings and late nights. They were very helpful even before i arrived in the island, and assisted with a lot of errands that i had, such as booking of spas, receiving a package etc. the place was truly a mark of “island living” and i had was very comfortable in the villa. Definitely a place i’d choose if i were to come back to bali:)

Having read the reviews before booking Max’s place, we weren’t disappointed. We were met by the friendly concierge who helped us get settled. The place was exactly as pictured and better. Love the indoor/outdoor feel. We all loved the pool. The location was good for us, we enjoyed walking and getting to know our surroundings and there’s some great restaurants that are walking distance away. Overall really happy and grateful for our first experience in Bali.

Villa Jago is an excellent villa. The Pool is outstanding with some shaded areas which keep the water temperature pleasant all day. The bedrooms were very comfortable with king size beds. There is a local Banjar that runs the transport and won't accept cabs and share cars but that is overcome with a short walk. Overall its a nice villa

The villa is every bit as good as it looks in the pictures. It was more than spacious enough for our group (6 adults), with very comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The pool and living areas are comfy and relaxing, and kitchen is fully equipped. It is walking distance from the main strip in Seminyak and simple to find with the host’s detailed instructions. We were met by a friendly manager and were kindly allowed a late checkout as there were no guests checking in on our departure day. Highly recommend!

First of all , We can understand why this property has fantastic reviews! Not only did Max go above and beyond to cater to our needs (early check ins)and of course delays- Being a large group of 8 (adults and children ) Max was sure to make our check in as smooth as possible- from one villa to another! The staff being true assets to your Airbnb! We were made delicious meals every morning as per our request an absolute must -even for fussy kids! The rooms and property always cleaned , laundry done , no task was ever too difficult! Great location always felt safe, mini mart in walking distance too. We would absolutely recommend this property to all our friends and families,we look forward to our future endeavours but once again Thank yous for a truly wonderful first family trip to Bali!!

This place is amazing. The interior is beautiful with the pool in the middle and spacious living room. The bedrooms are clean and comfy. All the amenities worked just fine except for the shower. The water ran out poorly. In the bathroom, I also found a small bug near the tap. Other than those, all is fine and enjoyable staying at Maxime's villa.

EXECELLENT STAY! Me and my family stayed in this villa for almost a month. First, the layout is perfect for those who have young kids like me, there's a shallow part of the pool for the baby to dip, and needless to stay the size of the pool is massive. The living room is an open air one, which makes little animals like squirrel and cat, sneak around at night and steal your food, but that's part of the uniqueness of this villa, our kids love to interact with the squirrel and cat too. The place is spotlessly clean, maid is doing excellent job in ensuring the place to be squeky clean everyday (only off on Sunday). They have all the amenities needed to cook too, from complete set of pans and knife to rice cooker. Location is perfect, near almost everywhere you need to go for good foods, beach clubs, malls, and beaches. Access to villa is also very easy - road is very proper, in great condition and not bumpy. There's a security standby 24/7 too, make us feel very safe and secure. The villa manager - Santi, has an excellent hospitality, very fast response. I've stayed in many villas in Bali, but this place definitely is the one we are going to stay again.

Abosultly loved this villa and will 100% stay again. Nice and big the pictures don't do it justice. Only a 2min car ride into main street of seminyak. Only thing I can say negative about the place is you have to walk 20meters away to catch ubers, but other than that it's perfect 😁
