Super helpful checkin assistance from the very start. Communication was a very strong point. The villa was clean and well presented. Concierge visited for our arrival and departure to ensure everything was ok. The Maid was lovely, and the property was kept super clean during our stay. Please note that if you are staying with children, ensure that they wear flip flops when walking on the grey tiles during the day - it heats up quickly and burnt out children's toes (not a negative, but a thing to be aware of) Make sure you visit the Gelato store nearby. Some have complained that you can't use a grab from the front door. You can walk about 100m and use grab, or if you have a personal driver, they are allowed to drop you off right out the front door. There is 24hr security at the front entry of the laneway which was reassuring as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Athena and the staff was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately we had a issue with the AC in one of the room. They tried to fix it, but after 12 days they decided to change the AC so it worked the last 3 days of our stay. Also, the villa shows signs of bring a bit old, but the housekeeping cleaned the villa every every day! The location of the villa is great and we loved our stay apart from the fact that the AC was not working properly!

This place was so beautiful our kids didn’t want to go out even for food they asked for takeout delivery 🤣👍🏼 big pool, beautiful bathroom, nice shower, nice bed. Even had a big wardrobe/drawer so we could unpack our stuff and not leave clutter all over the floor. Great location too. Host was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely comeback!!

Beautiful villa. Located opposite of Seminyak’s busy street so it wasn’t noisy and traffic was good. Surrounded by other villas. There is security at the entrance. No grab or gojek allowed except for food delivery. Check in was easy and flexible. Dyan explained to us everything that we needed to know and she was very responsive via text message. We requested from Putu (concierge) to have 6 therapists for spa session. They were on time and very good. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Had a very good sleep. Bathroom was nice. Shower and ac were working well. Pool was nice. Big enough for us 6 pax.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in the beautiful Villa Athena. Ammenities were extremely comfortable , Ketut was our amazing host. The facilities were stunning! Couldn’t fault anything… thank you for having us! We look forward to returning again one day!

Our two weeks in Bali were amazing thanks to the amazing Ketut. She was brilliant and her cooking second to none. Eat Street is an easy 15 minute walk with a pram and toddler. There are also heaps of restos and circle ks within 500 metres of the villa. The area is so quiet and super peaceful. The villa was amazing and more than enough room for a family, toddler and teens and the pool was a hit Highly recommend anyone staying here.

Good value for money, well maintained villa with a nice pool. Staff is excellent. Location is a little in the interior of bidadari but a 20-30 min walk can take you to the happening area of seminyak.

Good 3 bed villa to relax with family or friends. Nice pool with good landscaping around it. The furniture is slightly on the older side but decently maintained. No AC in the living room. Villa located at the end of a street and is 20-25 min walk away from cafés and restaurants in seminyak. Overall well maintained villa.

This place matched the pictures precisely and was exceptionally well-maintained. Putu and Dyan were in constant communication, ensuring that any needs on our end were promptly addressed. They even helped us arrange for the convenient doorstep delivery of two-wheelers in just a matter of minutes. The cleaning staff was punctual and incredibly friendly as well. The only minor setback was that Grab taxis were not permitted to pick up close to the villa, requiring us to walk a short distance beyond the security checkpoint to access them. We would be delighted to return and stay for a longer duration.

Athena Villa was a great Villa that suited our family dynamic with 3 separate units. Our housekeeper/cook who we called Kat was awesome. Kat was happy to help in anyway she could to make our stay as easy as possible. great American breakfast every morning. Villa was clean, pool was great with steps that suited our wee person. Access to transport was just up the lane. Great family villa in a quiet location with only a few eateries within 10min walk. Down side is location to markets area and larger number of eateries is good 20min walk. Main lounge area has fans not air con which we found drove family to bedrooms at times to cool off. In saying that loved Villa and Kat would be happy to use again and recommend.

To whom it may concern, My family recently stayed at Villa Athena. The Villa is very quiet and peaceful. We were unwell the whole stay unfortunately, but concierge were very supportive offering doctors and services and also postponing cleaners and yard maintenance allowing us to rest. I wish we could’ve enjoyed the stay more but under the circumstances the host Max and Concierge PUTU were extremely hospitable and you will enjoy your stay there. One of the sliding doors come off the runner and was jammed on one of the days, I informed concierge in the morning 8am it was fixed by early afternoon. We hope you all enjoy Villa Athena. :)

Was a great place to stay at, we’re very responsive in our inquiries and helped too the best of there abilities. Only thing they could improve on his fixing 2 of the doors as they were very hard too lock but we figured it out and is a very minuscule problem besides that 5 stars :)

Great location, amazing place, great hospitality and service. Spacious villa with decent size rooms, each ensuite with lovely bathrooms. Clean, tastefully decorated, convenient with a bit of luxury. Ketut was absolutely amazing and respectful in helping keeping this place clean and promptly providing/sorting anything that is needed. Putu and Maxime were very fast in communicating as well.

Max and the team made our stay at the villa a hassle free experience! One night we had a huge down pour of rain and it flooded our Villa and surrounding villas. They were at our residence straight away without us even having to ask and spent hours cleaning and bring the pool back to life! Their hard work didn’t go unnoticed and by that afternoon it was if it had never happened! Enjoyed our stay for sure and another one of balis good villas!

Villa Athena was an amazing villa to stay at during our trip to Bali. The staff are lovely and extremely helpful, fast with communication and the villa itself is spacious and beautiful. The cleaners arrived daily keeping the villa well maintained during our stay and the bedrooms are a great size with plenty of storage. Max was very attentive and made sure to check in throughout our holiday to see if we needed anything.

Great Stay, Great Value, Smooth Communication and Perfect Location! We stayed here with mixed purpose: holiday, work and fun, and Villa Athena really accommodated all of our purposes! Located in a nice quiet area of Seminyak, I could work easily and not a single noisy sound of vehicles heard! It is so close to everything: cafes, beaches, restaurants etc. The place is so relaxed and peaceful that some friends of mine who came to pick me up for a lunch meeting decided to order food online and we ended up enjoying the property. The host (Maxime) and Manager(Echi) are super responsive in replying to any questions/inquiries and basically everything we need! My 8 y/o son really enjoyed the pool and the gazebo, especially on a hot sunny day. Thanks Maxime and Crew for everything!

This villa is located in central of Bali, really easy to reach any place in town. Villa seems settled in a managed community with all day security. Rooms are cozy, shower was great. And kid loves swimming pool. The housekeeper was a warm person, friendly and helpful. We can reach her at almost anytime on anything. This is a great place for big family, we had a wonderful time here.

Wow, the pictures didn’t do justice for us beautiful Villa! We had the most amazing stay at Villa Athena Achi the manager looked after us so well whatever we needed she was there if we needed anything organized she helped us out. The cleaning lady was lovely and stayed out of our way most times we didn’t even know she was there. The security were so lovely ,bike hire ,drivers Alit and Popo were so much help and such honest lovely people. So close to everything, Villa was always clean. Enjoyed this stay very much! Thanks team😊

Thank you for the amazing hospitality and stay in Bali. It was truly an unbelievable experience and my first time staying at an Airbnb. We were completely taken care off from check in to breakfast to accommodating a late check out. Phenomenal service and a great pool that my 4 year old and all of us totally loved. Thank you :)

We were rather disappointed with the overall cleanness of the villa .The shower base in one bathroom had bright green mould on it and had to be bleached before our use the room safe was broken and the kitchen crockery and glassware were badly stained and we spent time re cleaning for our use. The swimming pool although a good size was rather suspect re quality of the water. the cleaning staff spent an enormous time in the mornings doing nothing and it was rather an intrusion having them within the villa. A breakfast although complimentary was a waste of time as staff could not cook. A party in a nearby villa till 2.30 in the morning was not welcome.Upon checkout we were left with no doubt that they wanted us out early and we got attitude because we were not leaving until the offered 12.00 noon departure time advised.

There was a mix up with out booking before we arrived so we ended up staying at Villa Kiki. The villa was absolutely beautiful, I can't recommend enough. It was about a 20 minute walk to Oberoi Street however plenty of taxis if you don't want to walk plus there are a lot of lovely restaurants within a few minutes walking. It was a very quiet area. The pool was amazing and I love the lay out of the villa, and big enough you felt like you could have your own space if needed. My only suggestion is that a mosquito net be placed in the smaller bedroom as my friend got bitten. Maxime was fantastic at communication and very helpful with everything. Would definitely book again.
