Un séjour parfait !
J'ai adoré séjourner dans cet appartement, la chambre est spacieuse et confortable et la salle de bain est propre (le ménage est fait tous les 2 jours) ! Le salon est très spacieux et la piscine dans le patio donnent un charme fou à l'appartement. Il est très bien situé à 10min a pieds de la plage et il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité (petite dédicace au warung kecil et au Wako) Le fait que l'appartement soit partager le rend encore plus convivial et la communication avec l'équipe est très efficace ils répondent toujours très vite. Merci pour ce séjour !

I understand that the place is not a 5 starts hotel, however during my stay many things needed to be fixed, like one night i slept with open door because the locker was damaged, the hot water was coming only for a few minutes after that it was finished, the location a bit inside the street it’s dark road and it gave me feeling that it’s unsafe place, because nothing is around, no security. The AC remote didn’t work properly in the washroom the washbasin was clogged. The staff was polite, the manger were trying her best to fix things, but it made me tired also internet was working bad, good I had mobile internet . I have left the property 2 days before my stay was over, because i couldn’t sleep there. The property is very old. Maybe to stay for 2-3 days is ok not more then this.

Stayed here for three nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was bigger than expected and the location was great. Walking distance to the beach and several nice restaurants. Would recommend.

위치가 매우 편리하고 스미냑 중심에서 가까우면서도 조용합니다. 2박 했는데 푹 잘 잤어요. 대문 잠그고 방문 잠그는게 조금 불편하고, 밤 늦게 들어올 때 골목길이 어두운 편이라는 게 단점입니다. 에어컨이 잘 안 꺼져서 콘센트 전원을 끄고 잤어요. 장점은 빌라 관리해주는 Desy가 매우 친절하다는 점, 그리고 아침에 일어났을 때 창 밖으로 보이는 세미냑의 하늘과 나무의 풍경이 환상적입니다.

It was flawless. The host was very heplful. Communication between us didn't have a single probelm. Every question was responded immediately. I think that is the most important matter of Airbnb service. I am satisfied with that very much. The room was clean and big enough. Near by, there is a laundry house where you can ask your laundry to be done. Very resonable price. Scent is amazing.

Мы очень довольны пребыванием в этих апартаментах! Отличное месторасположение, до моря пешком минут 7, рядом есть много кафе с хорошими ценами, магазины. Отдельная радость - большой балкон с пуфами, там очень приятно посидеть вечером. Внизу есть общий бассейн, зона отдыха и кухня(там всего два номера, поэтому отлично снимать большой семьей или компании друзей два номера и вся территория будет ваша). Отдельная благодарность команде Maxime, они всегда на связи, помогали когда у нас были вопросы, трансфер в аэропорт заказали через них - все четко и вовремя), с удовольствием вернёмся ещё!

I enjoyed the place and recommend it. There is plenty of room in the room and the ground floor is cozy. Staff are easily accessible and nice. there are small things that should be fixed, but the price and value was so good that I should not complain. The pressure in the shower was too low.

Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat in the heart of all action in Bali. Seminyak beach is a short hop from the property with unlimited access to restaurants and bars at a stone’s throw. The room was beautiful with a cozy balcony with bean bags. Check in was fairly easy. Location may be a bit difficult to navigate however, Max was super supportive to help me get to the property easily. The bathroom shower was a bit of problem due to very low pressure. The common area is equipped with a pool and kitchen. Free drinking water on site as well! The staff was supportive with my laundry and room cleaning needs. Even though Max was not available on site, she was constantly available through WhatsApp anytime of the day for help !

Though we loved our stay at Max's place. It was clean, near to the beach and other cafes which we really liked. Location was good. I would say could have added the toiletries. We had to buy everything. Not sure if you do not provide them but we received it in other villas. A little less light in the room which definitely can be improved. Overall experience was good. Its a value for money. A group of friends will enjoy it. Thanks Max.

Clean, comfortable, quiet stay with lovely staff and very affordable. You can book both rooms in the villa which would be perfect for two couples or a family stay. The pool is lovely and the area surrounding is quiet and tucked away from busy streets while still being a short walk to everything important. If having a high pressure shower is your thing, maybe check with the host if the shower has been fixed but if that doesn't concern you then you'll absolutely love it.
