Boligen er særdeles privat og ligger i et meget roligt område, hvilket er virkelig skønt, fordi Seminyak er en meget støjende by, men her kan man trække sig tilbage og nyde stilhed. Solrig pool som holdes ren ligesom haven passes. Gode senge med masser af puder. Skift af sengetøj 2 gange ugentligt. God daglig rengøring. Fantastisk dejligt sted.

Max’s place was wonderful! Exactly what the doctor ordered! My clients thoroughly enjoyed their Balinese escape. It was truly a pleasure to work with the concierge team and the host to ensure that all my clients needs were met. We will definitely book with them again! This home is great for a couple or small group! <3 highly recommended!

We loved this holiday villa. It was so quiet which was a wonderful break from the noise of Bangkok! The pool was superb, and we spent quite a lot of time enjoying the privacy- and also to cool off in the 75% humidity. The bedrooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms- and the beds are VERY comfortable. I have a terrible allergy to scented laundry detergent and softener (I break out in a rash) and I forgot to mention this. The staff were extremely kind and understanding. All the towels were changed (for some reason the bed linen was absolutely fine) for the rest of the stay. As some previous people mentioned, the air conditioning could be better. It wasn't awful, but impossibly weak for the very heavy duvets provided, so most of the time needed to sleep without a covering. The biggest flaw was that there was only one standing fan in the open air sitting/dining/kitchen area. DEFINITELY not enough. I asked but apparently no more were available.

Clean & nice rooms however not easy to find not even from G map, many times went to a wrong location even by local taxi driver. Bear in mind no Uber, Grab or any other taxi allow to go from villa, drop off only. By all means have to use their designated drivers. other than this issue I would say this place is great & good for value

Great spot. Far enough away from the busy section have some quite time but walking distance to some great little food spots. Villa was clean and comfortable. Very close to photos on listing. Staff were great and always a driver available if needed.

The Villa itself is beautiful, clean and massage service is great.but the customer service was not so good.Were not allowed to book online taxis/gojek to the Villa & need to walk 5 min to another street as they claim that we need to support locals though they are charging more than triple and have no legal right to do so and deny entry. This was extremely inconvenient especially during check in/out with over 5 luggage bags we had to walk with and they were not accommodating to our needs. This was not told to us prior to booking this villa or else we would’ve stayed elsewhere. If you book online , locals will block off the Villa entrance and tell drivers to go back which was really frustrating as they were really rude.The manager of the villa was also not understanding at all & did not help us or accommodate considering I’m also pregnant which honestly ruined our Villa experience. We stayed at a few other villas and the hosts went beyond to ensure we’re happy & we’re extremely helpful.

The Villa is far enough away from central Seminyak to feel private and relaxing however close enough to walk to some great local restaurants and bars. It’s only a 5 minute drive to central Seminyak and the concierge drivers are ready to go at a few minutes notice and very reasonably priced. The Villa is clean and as described. It’s a great little find and we will definitely be coming back. Max is a responsive host and Dyan, our onsite contact was superb.

Highly recommend staying here, the place was as described, the staff were lovely to communicate with and made our stay a breeze. They helped us with drivers, massages, a private chef, and coordinating personalized day trips. The air conditioning in the rooms worked great which was needed in the heat! We felt very safe as they also have 24 hour security. Would love to stay here again!

Enjoyed my stay at Max’s listing. It is further away from the main areas of Seminyak, so it was relatively quiet and peaceful. There was small construction work next door when we were in one afternoon, however we were mostly only in the listing during day and night time so this didn’t bother us. We were stuck in traffic on our way to the listing, but Dian who checked us in patiently waited for us and was very friendly. We were also greeted with welcome drinks ! Amenities and decoration was spot on and made us truly feel we were on an island vacation. The couch and beds were comfortable, had a speaker and fan in the living room so couldn’t ask for more. Check out was also very easy and simple. The aircon was a bit weak in the rooms due to the hot weather but we were so tired, we slept through the night. Overall, had a great experience and will book again when I come back for a relaxing holiday !

I highly recommend staying at this villa! It matched the photos and description perfectly and communication with the staff was so easy. They offered recommendations and helped coordinate services and responded right away every time. We tried the in-house spa services, breakfast, and dinner cooked by a private chef. We also were able to arrange transportation with their drivers easily. Would love to come back again in the future

We stayed there for two nights , the place is exactly same as it looks in the photos. Our concierge Mr.Putu was really helpful and helped us arrange a cab and scooters at decent prices. The bed and mattresses were great , had a good sleep. Just one thing which I felt was given the size of the rooms the ac could have been bigger, it worked but took some time before it could create the impact that was needed.

Finally settle after 2 weeks been home. The villa was exactly as pictured. We mostly spoke with the concierge as the day come and during the stay. Our cook was pleasant during our stay. The only downside was the ac not cooling both rooms (it got hot, esp the outside bathroom), they provided ventilator for the both of us. On the last day there was no hot water which was very weird but didn’t fuss about it. Overall the villa was well kept and lovely!

Location was absolutely fantastic, you can reach the main areas of Seminyak for shopping or food easily in a two wheeler. The Villa is beautifully renovated with great light fittings. Before arriving, I messaged the concierge service that we would need breakfast the next day. When we mentioned this to the house keeper she said no one told her and as we checked in late at 12 am it cannot be arranged. We didn't have any space to keep our stuff initially as wardrobe in one of the rooms was locked and it was only opened upon repeated multiple requests after 3 days. There was a leak in the Toilet which was fixed, but the timing when this happened was 10 pm. Internet is a joke, the listing claims 52 Mbps high speed internet its actually 0.52 Mbps and no there was no signal in one of the rooms. GoJek cab pickups are not allowed in the area (host should mention this in the listing).

The villa was lovely and exactly as described - beds were very comfy as was the lounge. We do prefer ceiling fans (there are none) as we don't like running the a/c constantly. There was a cute cafe called Soma that we walked to for brunch every day. We had a couple of issues which were responded to promptly and we were also refunded a night's accomodation for the inconvenience which always helps! Hosts were very responsive. The only major drawback about this property (for us) was the location as we had to use a driver to go anywhere as walking around that area isn't convenient.

The villa is absolutely gorgeous! Both bedrooms have a view of pool and the beds were super comfortable! The bathroom in the master bedroom was stunning. The tub is massive with an amazing few of the beautiful manmade forest. Dyan was great! She helped coordinate in-house spa treatments, drivers etc. I don’t remember the housekeeper’s name but she was amazing, very nice and thorough. We will definitely return to the villa when we get back to Bali. Definitely book this villa, you will not be disappointed. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get! And don’t forget to walk to Pink Tacos while you are there!

We loved our stay at Villa Kambodja! Looked exactly like the photos and felt very private and safe. Max and the VBM team were very responsive and organised massages and taxis for us as and when even at short notice. The villa is located slightly out of the town centre but it is easy to find your way to the beach and town centre or catch a short 5-10 minute taxi. The speaker was a nice touch as we used it for our whole stay to play music by the pool! We even received welcome drinks which was a lovely thought. 100% recommend staying here.

Everything was cleaned daily and max was very helpful with arranging breakky in the villa and assisting us with drivers to the airport and our next accomodation. It was a bit of a walk to main Seminyak, maybe 20 minutes but very easy to get a taxi too. Would stay again 😊

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Max's home. The villa looked exactly as shown in the pictures, everything was great. The villa was in a perfect location and was not far from the beach at all. I highly recommend Max's rental.

Absolutely loved my stay at Max's villa. Check in/out via watsapp with the concierge was so easy, even when our driver kept changing times, they were very flexible. Kitchen was well equipped to cook, but we just ate at local restaurants. Two large bedrooms with great AC. The open air bathrooms were a bit warm, but I didn't mind, and loved the showers with all the plants. Large couch and dining table, but the pool was the real standout. I picked this villa based on the pictures of the large pool and it did not disappoint! The neighbourhood is on the quiet side, but a quick taxi ride will take you anywhere you need to go, some restaurants in walkable distance. Grab/Gojek seemed to be discouraged in the area, and there are local taxi guys but they quoted 3x-10x more than a grab, so that is how we chose to get around. There is no TV in the main living area, but we played music and games at the table and didnt miss it! Do yourself a favour and book here, you will not be disappointed!

Wir durften früher einchecken es hat alles super gut funktioniert die Villa war sehr schön und den Preis absolut. Der Pool ist gross. Wirklich nichts zu bemängeln bis auf die Concierge die das doppelte und 3 Fache verlangt haben für ein Taxi deshalb selber organisieren. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in der Villa.

As i mentioned in my rating, there were very many good things about Max's villa like location, cleanliness etc however there was one problem that made us very uncomfortable- the water from the shower smelled of sewage and it may have been because the pipes or tank must be contaminated. It forced us to use bottled water in the bathroom and we somehow managed but truly unsafe if you are traveling with family and young children. The team promised to look into it so i suggest that you double check before booking.

The Villa is very private and safe with wonderful bathrooms. The beds and pillows are comfortable and you have most things you would need in the kitchen area. Bath is fab, with the largest bath we had ever seen! The cafe sonoma at the end of the street (5 mins walking) is a must to try. Thanks max

Four of us stayed at Max’s villa in Seminyak, and we loved it! The villa was so beautiful, very clean and tidy. The gardens were luscious. House keeping came daily, and the cooked breakfast was also lovely. They were easy to Communicate with and organised multiple Drivers for us to take us around. Would stay again!

We arrived on the first night and at 2am there was an electricity cut out, there was no water access, no lights or any air conditioning. We waiting an hour and it came back on, however only the lights came on and not the air conditioning or the water. At 4am it happened again and nothing would come on. I contacted the host, who said nothing could be done till the day after. I’m three months pregnant and at the time had a panic attack. We weren’t offered any support or somewhere else to stay in the mean time. Considering how hot and humid it was and the fact is pregnant, there was no sympathy what so ever. We ended up leaving the villa at 4am and paid for another hotel. After contacting the host many times she offered. 1/4 refund. The refund wasn’t my issue. The issue was that I wanted someone to understand why we were upset and for something to have been done about It. The host/manager was not bothered in the slightest!

100/100! Couldn’t ask for more from Maxime and Yohana for this villa. The hospitality and everything was great. They put attention to little details e.g. bathroom and kitchen utensils, which i didn’t find in other villas. The flooring is also something people should appreciate. They use a sand-like tile so people won’t slip from playing at the pool. They provide transportation rental too. No wonder this villa has great rating. Definitely worth the price and i for sure will come back! :)

The location is very strategic and the place is very beautiful, suitable for taking Instagrammable photos 😂 The staffs are also very fast response and great. The only thing that bothers us is only the living room, which has no AC (thus in the day is kinda hot) and during rainy days there's few insects. But overall, we love it so much and will comeback for sure.

I was supposed to stay for longer days but due to personal issue the stay was cut short by one day, the host was very helpful and though I was not suppose to change the date anymore, he sorted it out and changed it for me. Nice place to stay, the room is clean and cozy. The place is safe and not much noise. Overall stay is enjoyable :)

( setiap harinya tdk ada staff yg available disana misal sampai jam 3/4 sore spt villa bali lainnya ) Kalau mau dibersihkan max jam 2 siang karna staff mau pulang sampai kita harus buru2 mandi dan berberes.. Jika tdk , staff akan pulang jadi kamar kita tdk bisa diberesin. Tdk boleh minta ganti handuk / sprei Minta ganti handuk harus min 2hr Ganti sprei min 4hr Internet sempat rusak&mati, tapi diganti dengan alat lain dan ok Air kamar mandi kecil, sudah ditanya manager tp katanya memang seperti itu. Lokasi oke Harga jg oke

It is a lovely cozy villa in the central area, but away from the traffic and noise. The open living space with a pool allowed us to enjoy the beautiful nature of Bali (even had squirrels visit!), yet we could walk to many shops and restaurants. The manager always responded quickly when we needed help. Laundry service, massages, an extra bed for kids' sleepover... she organised everything for us. We had an amazing holiday and highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to have a great holiday in Bali!

The villa was so clean and comfortable. It turned out better than I expected. It was very clean the first time we stepped into the villa. Manager Desy and Maxime were very nice and communicative throughout my stay. There are many facilities we can use during my stay to make my feel like home and more comfortable. There wasn't any problem with the wifi, it was very fast. My only suggestion is that it would be better if they avail floating try for breakfast to make it look instagrammable😆😆. Other than that, the villa is highly recommended and I enjoyed my stay😀

Excellent place for honeymoon!! My husband and I had a wonderful stay!! We loved the privacy of the Villa, and the Villa itself was beautiful and very well kept! The staff would come clean every morning, and there were plenty of amenities and resources for us to organize through the Villa staff. The Villa manager Desy and Chandra were very helpful and made our stay excellent. They were able arrange plenty of things for us such as help us order dinner from a local restaurant, order a scooter rental that we used to drive into seminyak village, they help arrange a private driver to take us to dinner one night, and even to our next destination, as well as arranged for a massage therapist to come to the villa! We enjoyed our stay and wish we could’ve have stayed longer. We even had a scheduling conflict and had to check out a day early, but Desy the manager was more than accommodating to help us check out and get to our next destination! I would definitely recommend this Villa and can’t wait to come back next time we are in Bali!

Villa was exactly how it looks in the photos. Maxim is prompt with responses and helpful with places to visit around the Bali. Villa manager was helpful with our needs as well. So the villa was really great as it is. Totally enjoyed our stay there. Unfortunately, one incident left us very bumped during the trip... We engaged a tour guide externally on our own, (who are very honest and responsible guides btw, but thats another story altogether) on the morning of our tour, he and another guy (apparently, "the authorized transport company" of the villa) came to our villa and to our dismay, our tour guide apologized profusely that he couldn't offer their service and left while the "authorized transport driver" of the villa explained that we arent allowed to engage external tour/transport services and was persistent in us engaging them for their transport service. To be honest, i knew smth was fishy because our guide looked really apologetic and left without much legit explanation. You can almost guess why...... Besides, why would I want the fella's service when he isnt an authorized guide to bring us around and explain the history of the temples etc, when he has no tour guide license?! While this isnt Maxim's fault and everything else about the villa was awesome, i just want to highlight this to anyone who is considering to stay there.... Be careful with the transport guys.....

This was our first stop in Bali for our honeymoon and it was just amazing! It was a few days in paradise before the rest of our journey. We were warmly received by Maxime's co-manager, Iluh who was very kind and gave us a cell phone to reach her with any questions or needs. She set us up with transport as needed and gave us advice on where to eat. The place was very clean. We could not have wished for anything better. Thank you Iluh, Maxime and your team for an amazing stay!

Great villa & great location!
Loved our time there! The villa is located in a great location - it is close to lots of good restaurants in Seminyak area yet it is relatively quiet at night as the villa is located in a complex with a standby security guard. Wifi is fast and stable as promised - I was working and had a number of video calls throughout the day and wifi was excellent. Maxime was very accommodating and welcoming too. Def will recommend others to stay in Villa Kambodja.
