Our Recent stay at Villa Nolan was nothing short but amazing! the combination of great-sized bedrooms, bathrooms, and living rooms. from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality by Gede and 2 lovely ladies who looked after the villa. Oasis of serenity away from the hustle and bustle of the Canggu, yet a short ride by motorcycle to the centrally lively Canggu spot. We would love to return soon. Kiki Odonnell

Super pretty and spacious Villa perfect for myself and 5 others! We arrived quite late at night but Dewa, the staff who checked us in, was super helpful and great in welcoming us in. He was always available for any questions, as well as the concierge, who were easy to contact. The daily cleaners were amazing and respectful of our space when they come in every morning. The location is perfect, close to the main road but still quiet come night time. Highly recommended for a group of friends or families!

On arrival Gede and the maids were there to welcome us and inform us of the layout of the villa, and let us know if we have any needs, to let them know. Our family of 4 (2 teenage daughters) had a beautiful relaxing stay at Villa Nolan, Max was a great host and was very responsive to messages. Ravshan welcomed us warmly showed us around the villa we all got our own bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms. Ravshan was very quick to respond to our requests via WA he organised activities, breakfast and massages at the villa. Our cleaner Rani was so friendly and sweet she kept everything beautifully clean and organized and made sure the villa was always clean 😊 thank you so much, we will definitely stay again 🙏

Overall it was a pleasant stay. First and foremost, Max was a fantastic host. We also had Putu as our 24hrs concierge just a text away. Very responsive and accomodating. The villa itself was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and linen were fresh. The kitchen was equipped. We also had Rini helped us maintain and refreshed the villa each day. One area where the villa fell slightly short was the noise level. Especially on upper level since there was construction site across the street. We had a rental car with us and getting in to villa was quite a heart exercise each day because the entrance to villa was so constrained. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still highly recommend Max’s airbnb to fellow traveler. Thank you for the hospitality!

Tolle Unterkunft, entspricht nicht mehr zu 100% den Fotos, da die Unterkunft ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Generell aber alles vorhanden, was angegeben war. 3 Zimmer mit Handtüchern ausgestattet, wurden alle 2 Tage gewechselt, Reinigungspersonal täglich vor Ort. Alle 2-3 Tage noch ein Gärtner oder jemand extra für den Pool, toller Service. Management der Villa 24/7 per Whats-App zu erreichen, schnelle Antworten und schnelle Lösungen bei Problemen, zum Beispiel abends gegen 21:00 Uhr in einem Zimmer plötzlich Klimaanlage defekt- Management wurde Bescheid gegeben, eine halbe Stunde später kam jemand und konnte ein defektes Teil ersetzen und Klimaanlage funktionierte wieder. Umgebung der Unterkunft viele Einheimische, viele Tiere (Hunde, Hühner, Hähne) und Hauptverkehrsstraßen- dementsprechend gewisse Geräuschkulisse, aber völlig normal/ kann niemand etwas dran ändern, kann man sich schnell dran gewöhnen.

Our favourite feature was the pool. When we arrived the upstairs bathroom floor was covered in water and had quite a bad smell. During our stay we had some pretty heavy rain. The roof was leaking in many places and our roof caved in above the stairs (luckily we were not home). The staff handled the situation very well and upgraded us to a new villa for the rest of our stay. The outdoor showers and the open living room space were not great when it was raining. This place is beautiful, just not convenient during the wet season

De foto’s van de advertentie komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Het huis heeft onderhoud nodig, de keukenspullen zijn toe aan vervanging, de bank is beschadigd en vies, de matrassen zijn toe aan vervanging je voelt de veren en er zaten beestjes in. Het dak is beschadigd er waren lekkages en delen zijn naar beneden gekomen tijdens ons verblijf. Dat kwam deels door de harde wind die er was voor ons verblijf maar het was duidelijk dat er al een tijd geen onderhoud gedaan was terwijl het wel nodig is. We hebben contact opgezocht met de eigenaar daar heeft de eigenaar niet op gereageerd. Tevens hebben we via het conciërge bedrijf met de eigenaar contact gezocht maar ook geen reactie. Vervolgens krijgen we wel een standaard bericht van de host over zijn superhost status van en of we nog suggesties hebben voor de service (niet de accommodatie zelf). En dat Maxime graag zijn superhost status wilt behouden terwijl die ons volkomen negeert in onze ervaring.

If you enjoy sleeping with insects or worms on bed, this is the place for u. And if you are ok showering in dirty bathrooms with snails, this place would be perfect for you too. This Airbnb definitely require a lot of maintenance, it’s super old, dirty and dusty. Not forgetting to mention about the pool, believe me, you would not want to swim after looking at the pool. Please improve your cleanliness and hygiene!!! Lastly, I really don’t get it why there are so many good reviews about this place.

Nice stay with a few issues
Our stay in the vila overal was good. But it didnt meet our expectations upon arrival. The pictures dont show the reality. Everything was quiet old and it definitely needs some renovations. During our stay we had quiet some problems; a leek in the ceiling, the power constantly went of, the water pump decided to explode in the middle of the night and the pool deck was rotten. All things that good have been avoided if they would just shut the place down for a week and would do some proper renovations. I understand that things can brake down, but to have repair man in the vila almost every other day on your holiday is not what you want. I do have to say that every time we had a problem and we messaged the vila management they would respond immediately and they fixed the problem the same day. The highlight of our stay was definitely david! He was there everyday, cleaning the place, and taking excellent care of us! Making us coffee, smoothies or got medicines when we needed it! He was amazing! Overal if they give the villa some extra attention it would be a great place to stay

We had a grea time here at the villa. Pros: - Big and spacious with Big pool and lots of space around - Villa staff very friendly and helpful. David really went the extra mile to make our stay more pleasant. -Spacious Bedrooms - All necessary equipment there. Cons - You will need a motorcycle to get around. - There are a lot of dogs around the area which can making walking anywhere from the villa unpleasant. However, this will be everywhere on Bali. - There was a lot of noise around the area in the mornings from 6am there were dogs barking which disrupted our sleep and woke us every morning. Overall we had a really nice stay and the villa staff were excellent to stay with.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cette villa La villa n’est pas conforme aux photos, elle est très abîmées, très sale, entouré de chiens qui aboient jours et nuits, la piscine est sale, les murs sont sale, les transats sont cassé, le sol de la terrasse est super dangereux il y a des clous et des trous. Je ne vous parle même pas de la pression de l’eau dans les douches !!! On arrives à la villa après 24h de trajet, pas d’eau durant toute la soirée. Et une fois qu’il a avait de l’eau un pauvre jet sort, cela a 3 reprises ! Super pour se laver ! La cuisine est sale, les tiroirs on une odeur horrible, il y a deux pauvres canapés dans le salon, avec des taches ils sont tout délavé on ne se sent vraiment pas bien Ne louer pas cette villa cela a beaucoup impacté notre séjour, nous ne sommes vraiment pas senti bien dans cette villa, j’ai une communauté de plus de 20 000 personnes sur Instagram et YouTube, vous pouvez compter sur moi pour la pub si aucun geste n’est effectué, c’est vraiment scandaleux, allez jeter un œil à votre villa avant de la louer

It was not as seen as the picture. My first unlucky experience using airbnb. It is quite old and somehow not well managed. The swimming pool was dirty and I couldn’t use it. The wooden floor near the swimming pool was broken at some places, watch out with the nails. The toilet in the main room is old. The location is in the middle of crowded neighborhood with a small street to reach the villa (only fit 1 car from the main street).

We had an enjoyable week’s stay at Villa Nolan. It’s located conveniently in a quiet area , but close enough to the main road and all the busy places. The villa is quite spacious for the 5 of us and well designed with private separate quarters and common room. We are also very much helped by David the staff who gracefully helped with the cleaning while also giving us some privacy. However we were quite surprised to find the place to be a a bit of a run down state, with minor flaws that added up making it less than a perfect place it could’ve been. Among some items are the damp and loose planks around the pool, the mismatched lightings, and soap/shampoo that look they’ve been stored too long they turned blobby. They distracted us a bit during our stay, but ultimately we chose to call it our home for the week and make the best of our time.

Villanya luas, villa juga setiap hari selalu dibersihkan oleh pak david. Pak david ramah dan sangat membantu. Check in juga mudah dengan bu iluh. Kolam renang dibersihkan setiap hari senin, rabu, dan jumat. Tapi kalau mau ada privacy, bisa request. Tapi villa agak masuk ke dalam gang dan selalu diportal (sebenarnya jadi safe karena orang tidak bisa lalu lalang, tapi juga agak susah karena harus membuka san menutup portal sendiri). Ada 2 lantai, 2 kamar di bawah dan 1 kamar di atas. Semua kamar memiliki kamar mandi masing2

Maxime's place was beautiful - looks just like the photos and better. Rooms were very spacious, clean and offered options of extra duvets and other sheets if you needed. There is only 1 big full length mirror is 1 room. Outdoor washrooms were a dream and an experience! It was lovely taking a shower with the sun rising on you. However, there were lots of spider webs covering the showers and in the plants on the side. Martha greeted us with fruit and rinks and was very sweet and welcoming. Pool was heated which we loved and used often. Each room has AC and en suite bathrooms. The living space does not have AC but had 2 ceiling fans but we did not find them to be effective as it is an open living space, it was very hot day and night. There was a binder with lots of information on location, recreation, food in the area, taxi services and even massages - which we definitely used to our advantage. We had a couple hiccups with leaks and broken Air Conditions but we made it work. Also had a "pet" mouse that would leave droppings around the house, including on our bed. It was found by the massage technician on the last day thankfully. I would recommend this villa as it is lovely. It fit 5 comfortably. Communication was very quick ad effective with Martha and we thank her for that!

The perfect villa for our stay in Bali! The villa is beautiful and has everything we needed during our stay. Also the pool had sun from morning til evening which is perfect! The beach is a bit far by foot but getting a car or motorcycle was super easy. Some grocery stores are within a walking distance. The villa provides a lot of service and the staff is very helpful! Overall we had a great stay there!

We had a lovely 5night stay at Maxime's villa. The pool was sparkling clean and just the right size and depth range for both my husband and young son. The garden is small but pretty and well maintained; the rooms are clean with plenty of storage space + good AC; the ensuite bathrooms are also clean and spacious. Also loved the vaulted wood ceilings! Very easy place to relax. Villa is located just northeast of Canggu: a 5-8 minute drive on a scooter brings you to all the great cafes and beaches! Grocery market is also just a few minutes' ride away. Villa manager Willy was always quick to respond, and Wayan the housekeeper visited every morning with her sweet demeanor.

Die Villa ist wirklich der Wahnsinn! Allein schon die Ausstattung und der große Pool lassen einen gerne bloß in der Villa verweilen. Wenn man Lust auf ein bisschen Trubel und Action hat, schnappt man sich einfach einen Roller und ist in 10 Minuten mitten im Geschehen. Ein großer Supermarkt ist auch gleich in der Nähe, wo man alles kaufen kann, was das Herz begehrt. Die Angabe „15 Minuten bis zum Strand“ hat uns etwas verwirrt, weil wir automatisch von einem Fußweg ausgegangen sind. Die Angabe ist jedoch mit einem Roller oder Auto zu verstehen. Den Roller würde ich jedoch ohnehin in Bali empfehlen! Den haben wir auch direkt über die Villa bezogen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist bei den Angeboten des Villa Managements sehr gut und würde ich auch empfehlen, um langes Suchen zu vermeiden. Last but not least ist zu sagen, dass unser Villa Manager Willy sehr gastfreundlich und hilfreich war und zudem die Kommunikation mit Maxime vor und während des Urlaubs einwandfrei war. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Thank you so much!

Maxime was very responsive and helpful. The property manager Ani was incredible and on standby for any of our questions. Upon arrival she greeted us, walked us through the villa and lock up procedure demonstrated how to use the TV and also gave us a local driver’s business card for transport. She also provided a binder with information for tourist attractions, catering and spa services which was a nice touch. The villa was very clean and someone kindly came by everyday to make up the beds and tidy up. Lots of great restaurants and beaches are nearby (about 10 minutes by car). Would highly recommend booking.
