Our stay at Ma'x's villa was simply sensational. Our group of six enjoyed it in every way. The villa is perfect for groups wanting that Bali Villa experience and is everything so close in the Seminyak district. One of the best experiences I've had in Bali. I would not hesitate to book next time we are in Bali. Special mention of the staff who greeted us on our arrival and were there everyday to attend to all our needs. We'll be back. Thank you again for a great holiday.

We had a five day stay in this villa around new years and had the time of our lives. The villa itself was very pretty and clean. Three great rooms with an amazing living room, with a lot of places to chill, have a drink and enjoy each others company, a lovely pool and a cute room above the pool for someone to sleep in. It’s located close to the beach, the shopping streets and nice restaurants. However you won’t notice that you in a busy area because inside the house it’s very peaceful. Would for sure book this villa again.

The photos do not do this place justice!! The villa is incredible and such a brilliant space for families or groups. So close to everything, beach, shops, restaurants, activities but feels secluded and private. Spotlessly clean with warm and welcoming staff who made us feel so at home, nothing was too much trouble. The pool and gardens made you feel like you were in a lush tropical oasis and having a large living area was great . Would 100% come back here if we visit Bali again.

Location is out of the hustle & super quiet. Which is what we wanted. Seminyak square is just a short walk (15 mins) & is great for dinner & drinks. We loved our stay & the Villa!

Starting with the check in team. Iluh was so warm and friendly. The villa is exactly like the pictures. The villa staff cooked us a great breakfast spread three times a week, kept our villa clean and brought Pom Pom the dog for visits, which we loved! They also went and bought us local fruit when we asked and took out clothes to the laundry. This was our idea of a relaxing holiday. The villa also arranged for massages at the villa. Thank you team, we will be staying with you again!

We stayed in this lovely villa which was tucked away but only 10 minutes or so walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. The villa itself was immaculate and deceptively spacious, we could not have asked for more. We loved our time here and would certainly recommend it. Thank you to all for making our stay so memorable

The support staff was very helpful and friendly and the location was walking distance from restaurants, bars, clubs and the beach. In a quaint mixed ( commerical + residential) part of town. We had a great experience and would definitely consider going back if we come back to Bali. The house itself was in great condition and super clean.

My family of 7 had a wonderful time staying at Villa Sami Luwih in Seminyak. The house and it’s amenities were spacious, the pool was wonderfully inviting, and we were central to all the activities, restaurants and hustle bustle that Seminyak had to offer! Our host and the property management were always responsive to our needs and requests, and as such I would highly recommend staying here.

The place was even better than expected. The location was beautiful and close by other villas so we felt safe. There were also many restaurants nearby for us to discover. The interior design of the house was stunning and the amenities were good. We had a slight issue with the shower pressure/temperatures but that was resolved with the host's help.The car service as provided by the BnB was also amazing to use to travel within Bali. I would recommend this place for anyone wishing to stay in Seminyak in Bali!!

Villa Sami Luwih was so lovely 4 adults spent 2 weeks having The pleasure of really appreciating the space and amenities along with such a beautiful garden that create so much privacy around the yard and swimming pool . It had everything we needed for our stay and more with plenty of space for us all To spread out . It was With in walking distance from many options for eating out and an easy walk to the beach front . The staff that came In daily were all so lovely and respectful of our privacy . We had arranged for the staff to cook us an Indonesian feast for our Christmas Day and it was amazing ! With a full size fridge to fill with treats it was super handy having a Separate fridge for all the drinks to be kept nice and cool . We would be more than happy to stay again .

We just enjoyed a fabulous weeks at Max's villa. It was as good, if not better than the photos and description. The location is wonderful. Very close to the beach, one of the main streets and lots of cafes and restaurants close by. The villa staff can absolutely organise anything you need and we even treated ourselves to massages in the villa through the concierge - her name was Made and she was exceptional. The garden around the pool is beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and clean and water is topped up as needed. Iluh and her team were excellent and will be as discreet as you like in regards to housekeeping. The villa is huge and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay at the villa! The location is perfect is in walking distance to anything that you need to make your stay more convenient. The villa was very clean and cozy. The staff was super nice and very helpful. We had them cook breakfast for us twice and dinner on night as well. Food and service was great. Also wanted to call out the Villa Manager Desy and the Concierge Putu - we had a lot of requests and questions and they were super helpful and helping us arrange transportation, tours, meditation classes and meals cooked at the villa. My partner and I and our three teens had the most wonderful stay in this villa for 4 nights. The rooms were lovely, all with en suites and the pool was a treat. It was a nice big open space. The staff were super nice, helpful and caring. They lived next door so we had everything we needed and Kadek, our driver, was excellent, knowledgeable and always available. The location was great - very short stroll to coffee shops (our favourite was Gossip Cafe ), The Cabin, Bintang Supermarket and Bali Spa which was the absolute best for nails and massage. We highly recommend this accommodation. If you stay here you also get the added bonus of having Pom Pom the Pomeranian visit you daily while the staff make you breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay. Communication was excellent as we had some trouble with New Year revellers next door. The villa took all steps to help. Garden is beautiful and pool is the perfect temperature. Staff friendly and efficient. They are as visible as you want them to be. The pickup service was wonderful too and we used him even after we left the villa.

The villa is located in a quiet street, but still close to the beach and all the party Kuta had to offer. There is everything around - restaurants, clubs, shops. The villas staff was very nice, very helpful, always available and just a pleasure to have around. The villa was great, clean and the amenities were amazing. The space is massive and we felt super comfortable. Just bare in mind that the tree house does not have a bathroom, the stairs are a bit narrow and you should we careful about going around the pool, especially after a night out. We had everything that we would desire. We tried quite a few things they offered - the breakfast, the massage and it was all perfect. Super well organized. We requested the massage and then had it an hour later. We would definitely come back and stay there if ever in Bali.

We are an Australian family of 4, with 2 boys 7&9 years old and my parents came too. we loved the villa, it was in a great location. Very short walk to shops and many restaurants. The villa was very clean and the staff Withe villa were friendly and helpful. There were a few mosquitos but all beds had nets and spray was provided for the rooms, which worked well, except for 1 bedroom, where the door to a bathroom would not shut and the bathroom was not enclosed.... We also had a few issues with the Rv not working and the dvd stopped working as well. We asked Ito be fixed but it wasn't done until the morning we left. On the whole we would love to stay again ... Fabulous villa.

This place was absolutely amazing. We were a family of 6 and were very comfortable. The pool was such a feature of the villa and rooms were very clean and comfy. The villa is located perfectly central to all pubs clubs and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The staff at this villa really went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Nothing was too much trouble. They even decorated the villa for the wife's birthday with balloons streamers and flowers. We will definitely be back. Thanks again

We greeted with a whole crew of the villa, cleaning lady, manager Johanna who were very friendly and helpful. We were impressed by the design and lay out of the place. It has huge open kitchen and very well aquipped. The sitting area is vey cozy. We enjoyed our stay there. Beach is very close by, its crowded but nice to hang out too. Nearest touristic street is Dhyanapura. It is just 3 mins away. There are enough restaurant, great shops near by. Bintang supermarket is 10-15mins away by foot. We were traveling with kids (9,5,2), so it was convenient to walk around the area. You will find everything there. There are nights where cafe plays live music until 10-11pm, we were surprised in the beginning and didn't see that coming, I thought it will go on until late which was not the case. My youngest is a good sleeper so it wasn't a big deal. The dining table is a bit small for 3 bedrooms villa which fit 5 adults and 3 children, it has 4 chairs only so we had to collect chairs from bedrooms and squeeze in to gather on the table. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. I wish we could stay longer. Thank you for the hospitality.

Our group of 4 adults and 2 young children stayed at villa Sami Luwi for 5 nights. Cleanliness - the housekeeping team visited everyday from 7am to 2pm and did their best to clean up after our kids which wasn't easy but they did a fantastic job. Location - it was tucked away from the the Main Street so provided a quiet retreat from all the business, but was a 1 minute walk to shops, markets, bars etc. The walk to the JL Legian was 4 minutes and the walk to the beach was probably 7 mins so very close to everything. Maintenance - there was a few things that needed fixing like the DVD player sound didn't work and the showers heads were stuck. The showers were fixed but the DVD player still needed attention. We had a ipad for the kids so were able to get around that problem. Layout - the villa is actually 1 of 2 which are joined by a sliding door. If you wanted to, you could book both villas and open it up and you would be able to accommodate 8 guests. We stayed in Villa number 1. It does have a new kitchen so the photos on the listing are old. The new kitchen is open plan and has new appliances. I have to commend the management for helping us with a medical emergency which happened late at night. Our son has a reaction to something and his face swelled up within minutes. maximes manager rang the hospital who then called us to talk us through the situation. All this happened in less than 15 minutes so thank you very much for your kind and prompt help!
