Villa was just like the photos! We enjoyed the pool, especially since it's deeper than the usual pools we've been to. Eateries are a short walk away. We also tried the in-villa spa service which was great. Check-in and check-out was smooth as well and villa was easy to locate.

Villa was just like the photos! We enjoyed the pool, especially since it's deeper than the usual pools we've been to. Eateries are a short walk away. We also tried the in-villa spa service which was great. Check-in and check-out was smooth as well and villa was easy to locate :) Would like to thank Dewa for the welcome drinks and quick response to our requests/queries!

Exactly as what has been described. Max is super helpful and supportive with my requests. The concierge team who handled my check-in was not very smooth, they what’s app me wrong location which was quite confused. And the person who supposed to help us check in were late. Apart from this, everything was good. The bed was comfy and clean. The pool was clean. Only the breakfast cooking fee I feel was at high side , however you can choose to Uber delivery food in so you have other choices. It would be good if the breakfast is included .

Lovely villa, everything was spotless and the staff were extremely kind and helpful One thing to not about this villa however is that the locals in this particular area do not allow gojek/grab and you will use their services instead. There is a board with the prices for each location/trip however we found that every time we used this service they ended up charging us significantly more. This was not mentioned in the listing. I recommend finding your own private driver. Otherwise, the villa is fantastic.

The villa is stunning, I really loved the decoration and the furniture. The instructions are clear and placed everywhere in a nice way. The concierge team are very good and they respond on time every time. We tried the spa services, good price, great service. The villa is clean overall but maybe needs a little bit more attention to some small details. Lastly, the villa is very private and you’d feel like home certainly.

Great stay at this accommodation! Only thing I’d have to comment is my partner found the water pressure of the shower wasn’t the best from the top part of the shower, and one of the safety boxes in the bedroom didn’t have batteries in it. We did let the manager know however it never got fixed. Over all the place was beautiful & exactly what we needed. It was cleaned daily which was fantastic, they also offered laundry service which was super convenient. If your not one to rent a bike then they have drivers just around the corner from the Villa. All in all, great stay, would recommend :)

We can't thank you all enough. It was a wonderful stay. Dyan was so very welcoming and made sure we had all we needed. Our lovely housekeeper Made was so so fantastic. She was a wonderful cook and didnt stop helping us our whole stay. We will miss her! Thank you having us, we will be back.

Die Villa ist ein Traum. Wir haben den wunderschönen Pool jeden Tag genutzt. Zudem hatten wir 2 Mal eine Köchin, die lokales Essen zubereitet hat. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und flexibel. Es bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Wir haben über den Concierge, Putu einige Ausflüge gebucht (nach Nusa Penida und Ubud). Alles sehr gut organisiert. Wir hatten auch einen Fahrer (Noman) in Anspruch genommen. Er ist sehr vorsichtig gefahren. Er hat uns etwas von Balis Kultur erzählt. Er konnte auch gut Englisch. Die Kommunikation mit Max, Putu und Noman verlief reibungslos. Die Reaktionszeit war sehr schnell. Wir würden die Villa Anak jederzeit wieder buchen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden 😀👍

3 of us stayed for 3 nights at Max's place and had a great stay. The beds are super comfy and linen etc very good, we slept very well. The bathrooms and rooms were very nicely done. Very clean and well furnished. Check in and check out was very smooth, very responsive team, lovely setting around the pool, look's beautifully at night with the pool lights. As others have mentioned the property is down an alleyway, which didnt bother us much as we took taxis' out at night and got grabs back, The taxi service suggested by the team was very responsive and just a bit more than grabs, so not a big deal for the convenience. Overall a fabulous stay

We hebben de villa voor twee weken gehuurd en het is exact zoals de foto's op de website laten zien. De pick-up vanaf het vliegveld was perfect geregeld en de vriendelijke chauffeur bracht ons snel naar de villa. Dyan stond ons daar op te wachten en gaf duidelijke uitleg over het huis en liet weten dat we met al onze wensen en vragen, via de app bij haar en het team terecht konden. Dit laatste bleek werkelijk ideaal te zijn. Voor elke activiteit (of het nu gaat om het boeken van een restaurant, attractie of rit in de omgeving), alles wordt perfect voor je geregeld. Onze lieve kokkin Ketut zorgde elke dag voor een heerlijk ontbijt en heeft ook twee keer een geweldig diner gemaakt. De villa wordt 6 dagen per week schoongemaakt en er komt ook geregeld iemand voor de tuin en het zwembad. Kortom, als je in een prachtige villa volledig ontzorgt vakantie wilt vieren dan is dit het juiste adres. Tip voor beheerder, zorg voor 2 extra ligbedden bij het zwembad!

Malgré le fait que la villa soit propre, plutôt bien situé et que l'équipe surplace soit accueillante et serviable, je ne reviendrai certainement pas ici car à priori l'aspect commercial prime avant tout sur l'humain. Étant arrivé 2j plutard dans la villa car notre enfant étant tombé malade, nous avons demandé à Max si nous pouvions décaler notre départ d'un ou 2 jours, je précise bien que la villa était non occupée les 2j suivants, cela va de soit. Son explication (tardive et confuse) nous a guère convaincue et nous ressentions bien que l'aspect business était la seule préoccupation et c'est bien dommage ! Dans de pareilles circonstances un geste commerciale plus sensé qu'un vulgaire 5 puis 10% de remise sur les jours supplémentaires était espérer mais rien ne fut. Il nous a même était demandé de laisser un commentaire positif pour ne pas dégrader leur notation, quel culot !!

We enjoyed our stay at this villa and everything matched the descriptions and photos perfectly. The staff was also extremely quick to respond to any questions that we had. We also loved the privacy we were given, and our family of four would stay here again without hesitation. As some others mentioned, you aren't able to get grab or some other online taxi services here, but a quick 3-minute walk to d'Penjor Seminyak is a place where you can use those services if you want to.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Anak. The pool is a great size, and the bedrooms are comfortable. The bathrooms are extremely big and clean. My mum enjoyed using the kitchen as it was very spacious too. The location is in a smaller streets in Seminyak, but still walking distance to some nice cafes. I check out Warung Kelor nearby and it was delicious with great coffee. The lady who cleans the villa daily, Made, is very friendly and attentive. Their concierge, Putu, is easily reachable via messaging app, and answers our queries and needs. We will definitely recommend Villa anak to anyone who plans to go to Bali.

Amazing villa and very private. As the location is away from the main road (but close enough to walk to the cafes) it was very peaceful and away from the busy traffic in Seminyak. The villa itself was spotless and was exactly as the pictures listed. The level of detail in the build was of high quality and I would definitely recommend Villa Anak to those looking for a peaceful getaway.

Tek değişmesini tavsiye edebileceğim nokta, eve her gün gelen temizlik personelinin evde geçirdiği süre ile ilgili.Çok çalışkan ve özenli birisi ancak günlük temizlik otel gibi yerlerde her gün yapılır ve çok kirli ve dağınık olmadığı için 1 saati aşmasına gerek yoktur,aşmaz da.İlk iki gün temizlik saatlerinde dışarıdaydık Eve geldiğimiz zamanlarda temizlik yapılmış ve düzenli görünüyordu. Sonraki gün erken çıkış yapacağımız ,uçuşumuzun olduğu gündü. The villa was great and needless to say, both our kids enjoyed the pool very much. Villa was spacious and clean. Service was great. We ordered dinner for the night we arrived and the food was great! There’s also an excellent place called Secret Supper just walking distance from the villa which serves awesome fried rice dishes. Had abit of issues with the baby cot but nothing that couldn’t be resolved. Overall the villa gave our family an excellent place to relax and chill. Felt comfortable the whole of our stay and will certainly be looking to come back again when we visit Bali again. Thx!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Villa Anak. It was well presented and had all the things we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed walking to places within a 30- 40 min walking radius and there were some great places to eat. Would recommend walking the 10 minutes to Tanamera Coffee, possibly the best coffee in Bali. It is true, walking is a bit of a dangerous sport, but you get use to it after a while. Taxis and other transport are abundant, so you can do that too. The Villa was a great retreat after days out and about and we loved the privacy of the pool. The rooms with air-conditioning were amazing and the cleaner made sure the place was always looking good. Would definitely stay again.

Our family of 6 loved this villa. We have 2 x adults and 4 x young children. Plenty of space for all of us. It was so clean and so peaceful but also great we could walk to shops and restaurants nearby. We also went into the heart of Seminyak for dinner one night and it only took approx 5 mins and was very cheap transport (compared to where we had just come from in Kuta) from the transport locals just around the corner from the villa who were all just so lovely and helpful. The concierge was also very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay again! Thanks Max & crew for a wonderful stay.

The villa was beautiful, exactly as it was described. We did request an extra blanket but was told that there were none available which we found unusual. The host and his team were friendly and mostly accommodating The villa is well located, not far from shops and restaurants. Sadly it is in an area that has restricted access to taxis (grab, bluebird or Gojek) they are only allowed to drop you off. A few streets around the villa are controlled by local taxi drivers who insist that you book with them at over inflated prices. On most days we had to walk down to the main road to call a grab, whilst that was not a huge issue sometimes going out of an evening was difficult as the street leading up to the main road is not well lit and my kids were afraid of the stray dogs. Check out was unusual, the villa was checked to make sure nothing was missing before we could leave. Never experienced anything like that before. Lovely villa but would not stay again

We are a family four with 2 teenage kids and we enjoyed a 4 night stay at Maxines villa. The villa is exactly as described and on the pictures. It was very easy to communicate with Max and her team so it was very easy to arrange transport, breakfast and other practicalities. The welcome was very warm and we got a good intro to the house and how everything worked including how to book some of the services they offered. The main streets if Seminyak can be reached within 20 min walking but there are many restaurants and shops close to the villa a well. A great thanks to the whole of Max’s team for making everything a easy for us. We can fully recommend this villa.

It was perfect for our family. The cleaner came 6 days out of the 7th and arranged our laundry to get cleaned many times during our trip. I would recommend this villa

The Villa is stunning, just like the pictures, if not better. The staff are so lovely and very accommodating. Max was in constant contact with us before and during our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. We would be out most days for the entire day at times, and we would always come back to a clean villa. I would highly recommend staying here. It was an unforgettable and most memorable experience. The pool was amazing, our kids loved it. This was our first time at Villa Anak but it won't be our last. We will definitely be coming back again!

This place was amazing!!! Very comfortable, clean and wish we stayed longer. Many amenities improved the stay such as filtered water, good aircon, international power wall socket, Bluetooth speaker. Beds were comfortable, pool was great, bathrooms and room clean. In-villa services such as chef and massages made the stay that much more convenient. Definitely recommend the massages!! Only thing to flag is that they do not allow Grab/ taxi in the front of the Airbnb so you need to walk 50m to a suitable pick up spot. :) 10/10 recommend!!

Really enjoyed staying here. My 10 and 13 year old boys loved the big pool. I loved the quiet, friendly neighbourhood with lots of lovely places to eat. We ordered an in house cook for breakfast one morning and she was amazing, food was delicious. Same with the in house Frangipani massage, so relaxing and a great massage. Spotless and beautiful villa which was really spacious and relaxing. Communication was easy.

This villa surpassed all of my wife and I imaginations. It’s incredibly breathtaking from the moment you walk in. Very clean, spacious, elegant, and unique. The pool in the middle of the villa was something we truly enjoyed and a nice touch. The concierge service was also a great touch. (Putu) was always responsive when we needed anything. We requested pick up and drop off from the airport, a private chef, massages in the villa, and scooters. These little touches made our stay more enjoyable and less stressful. We have already recommended this villa to multiple friends and family. We plan to revisit Bali and, without a doubt, will be staying here again. Max and his team are excellent and genuinely make you feel like family.

Thank you so much for Such a wonderful Stay. The Villa was impeccable, very clean well maintained and decor even more beautiful in person. You will need a scooter to get to Seminyak town from here but it is just a short scooter ride away and the concierge service will help with scooter hire if needed. The concierge was faultless. They could not do enough for us and helped us to organise transfers through a great local driver (much better than others we had used and very reliable. Along with lovely flower villa decorations and private floating breakfast). Maid visited daily. Would definitely recommend.

Maxime, was very helpful and friendly! It was really a pleasant stay! Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. There is also a helper who comes everyday to help clean the villa. A full replacement of towels occurs every two days. Overall staying in this villa is really enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again!

I was not expecting an open-air living room from the pictures, but the place does exceed my expectations! The staffs are attentive and helpful. Particularly, I really appreciate that the manager allow us to have our lunch in the villa before checking out, despite the time being past 12 pm. The only complaint, and a minor one at that, is the presence of some cobwebs and small insects in the bathroom. However, this does not take away from the other aspects of the villa, and overall the place was great and we all enjoy our stay.

Binnen loopafstand loop je zo de drukte in en als je wat verder wilt, is de taxi service letterlijk om de hoek. Absoluut een aanrader! Uitcheck tijd was 11:00u, maar onze vlucht vertrok pas om 20:30u. Helaas konden we niet blijven ivm nieuwe gasten die dezelfde dag zouden arriveren en als alternatief kregen we een andere villa aangeboden verderop in de straat om hier nog te ontspannen voordat we onze reis naar huis konden maken. Echt super service!!

Me and my friends had a pleasant stay. We stayed for 3 nights and because it's on pandemic era, they also give extra care for the villa cleanliness. We've been provided with sanitizer, sheets, and towel are cleans. You might find insects here and there but it's all because of the garden by the pool and it's not harmful. The staffs are also helpful and fast response if you have anything. The location is also good, near to downtown and south Bali. Lot of good places are surrounding this area. Overall we had a good stay and will be back for sure.

My family and I stayed for four days in the villa and we had a blast! Our rooms were clean, air conditioners work well, kitchen & cooking utensils were clean & usable. My daughter loved the pool. Bathrooms were also sparkly clean, which is a huge plus point for me. The manager, Achi was also helpful during our check-in & our entire stay. If you’re wondering, this villa is close to famous brunch & lunch spots in Seminyak, which made our stay a lot more convenient. They also provided high chair for babies. I would say this villa is well designed, and the services + amenities they provide were very handy. This is a great villa, would definitely come back here! :)

The place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. Would absolutely recommend to stay here!

It’s a modern tropical villa. Beautiful from the moment you open the door. It is exactly like the picture you see in the listing. Even beautiful in reality. The pool area, oh my God.. we spent most of the time there. The villa is right in the center of seminyak, very close to the famous ice cream shop, Gusto. Pretty much close to every hip place around seminyak. House keeping cleaned the place everyday, so we felt very comfortable. I even booked myself a full body spa, the best I have ever experienced. The therapist followed the covid protocol, and their health are checked regularly said the villa manager. Mbak Achi, the villa manager is so nice! She’s like my long lost friend. She is also so fast in responding to what ever we need. The only down side is, you will occasionally see garden worms around the villa sometimes, Especially after a heavy rain. Not the dangerous types, just small - leaf eating worms. Easy to take care. No biggie. All in all this is definitely a great place to stay. Feels like home away from home. Thank you!

Stayed at Villa Anak for 3 nights.. Right from the check in procedure to the amenities and the cleanliness, we were overwhelmed by every bit of the villa. Achi (the manager) was a great help and guided us patiently with all our queries. Villa is located 5 min from the main bustling market area but is in a locality which is v calm and noise free. The villa has all amenities such as inhouse spa services, bike rental, and personal concierge. The villa is decorated with beautiful artifacts and the lighting enhances the whole look of the villa. The pool is quite huge and deep. Overall we had a wonderful & pleasant stay at Villa Anak. Cheers !!

This villa is amazing place to stay. It's located in the quiet place but at the same time not far away from the one of the main streets. It's equipped with all necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. Wi-fi works well. The beds in bedrooms are very cozy and the wardrobe is huge. The pool is deep enough to swim in it. The cleaning staff comes every day except Sunday. I highly recommend to everyone.

The Villa is absolutely gorgeous. It has everything that we needed and the location was perfect for us. There are a selection of local cafes a short walk and Seminyak is a short car trip. Made looked after us like family and our daughter absolutely loved her. We also had a private chef come to cook for us twice during the trip. This was such a great experience and we would recommend this to others. Thank you Maxime

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Maxime’s villa. It was exactly as pictured; very modern, stylish, spacious, and clean, or even more. Communication with Maxime was easy and the respond was very quick, she even helped me with other things that I need for my stay. Daily cleaning done by the staff every morning was spot on. She was very friendly and helpful too. Would definitely stay here again! 💯
