La villa est conforme aux photos, très spacieuse. La piscine est même plus grande en réalité . Belle cuisine équipée, fontaine d’eau illimitée mise à disposition. Serviettes de bain et de plage changées tous les 2 jours. Logement très propre. Niveau salle de bain, tous les équipements étaient au rdv : sèche cheveux, shampoing, gel douche, crèmes,… Le personnel était vraiment d’une gentillesse incroyable. Il y a un service de conciergerie dispo 24h/24, la sécurité également et ils sont super réactifs. Ils vous accueilleront chaleureusement et rendront votre séjour exceptionnel. L’hôte propose des dizaines d’activités/ services. Nous avions pris un floating breakfast très savoureux. Seuls petits bémols : logement assez loin de la plage à pied mais si vous louez un scooter vous y serez en 10 minutes à peine. Peu d’eau chaude donc un peu dérangeant le soir mais assez subjectif vu que nous sommes très frileux. Sinon tout était parfait, je vous recommande ce logement à 100%

It was extremely dirty and most of the things were broken! Shower head was broken, door lock broken, safe broken and it was extremely dirty. We booked it for two nights and left after the first night. Even tho we paid for it. The towels smelled so bad, there was so much stain and dirt in the kitchen. The staff won’t let you call gojek or grab so you get scammed by their drivers and bikers. One biker charged us 50k for 2 minute drive and we had no choice as they don’t allow you to call any other company. The pool had so many bugs in it! This was by far the worst villa we stayed in and i’ve been staying at 6 other villas in Bali and they were all great. Please stay away from this one!

Wenn ihr kochen möchtet, bringt Gewürze, Öl etc. selbst mit, das ist nicht vorhanden. alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten Mal wieder erneuert werden. dennoch hatten wir eine super Zeit in der Unterkunft und haben besonders den Pool sehr genossen.

We had an amazing time at Villa Laurent - it was stunning, cleaned daily and even nicer than the photos. Great location close to the main part of Seminyak in a private villa complex with 24/7 security so we felt safe. The hosts allowed us an early check in and welcomed us at the villa, were so quick to respond to any questions we had an even organised things like airport transfers, laundry and massages at the villa. Would 100% recommend!

Really lovely villa! Great pool and the rooms were very spacious and comfy. The maid / cleaner was exceptional! Couldn’t do enough for you and was really friendly great English! Location was good, little bit far if you were wanting to walk to places but jumping on a bike or getting a short taxi ride 5 mins down the road was easy enough! My only issue was that the “local transport” wouldn’t allow go jek or online transport. If I’m a paying customer then I should be able to choose who I want to use for transport options. Just my opinion other than that everything was great. Thankyou so much! Would stay again.

Location is hard to find when you use grab but gojek was able to just fine. The villa was in a quiet neighborhood which we appreciated even more. The place was spotless and has everything you’ll need for a memorable stay.

The staff was very prompt & always ready to help - even when we messaged late Sunday evening to replace the water bottle, the security guard was there within minutes. We reached early, the host was super nice & accommodating to let us check in without any additional charges. The location of the villa is great & is quite spacious - it is quiet & yet barely a 10 minutes walk away from all the buzz of Seminyak. The villa, however, needs maintenance as it seems old, especially the wooden board around the swimming pool which is coming off from a few places & one may hurt themselves if not careful. You can not get a Grab pick up from the villa while you can get a Grab drop. The rates of the local drivers are 2 to 3 times more. Had an unpleasant experience while leaving this morning-our private taxi was booked for 5:30am & no one showed up until 5:40am, we had to drag our bags from where we could a get a grab to the airport. Private driver reached around 5:50am but we carried on with grab.

Max was fast in response! There's even a villa management & concierge service to assist us in some enquiries. The kitchen were poorly maintained and pretty rusty. We've monkey/rats eating our unopened snack and fruits but these are nature happenings. Pick up point were really inconvenient as grab is unable to pick us directly at the Airbnb due to regulation. Wanted to engage villa driver but they are 3x higher than grab service.

Had a great stay at this beautiful villa, the host max was fantastic to deal with so was the villa concierge and the beautiful staff. Everyone made our trip so memorable, everything ran so smoothly and I cannot recommend enough. The villa was clean, in a great location which is away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk in if you wish. All the amenities were great and the wonderful staff really went above and beyond for us. Thank you 😊

Thanks Max to you and your team, such excellent service. Always checking in via what's app to make sure all was going smoothly. tidy house, house keeper everyday, she was lovely too. The home was tucked away from busy streets of seminyak. Pool was fantastic. showers were lovely and hot. Grab was close for food deliveries. Just a tip to spray behind the cushions of the lounges if you stay, as I straightened the cushion of the outdoor couch 20+ mosquito's flew out. easy fix with some spray. (supplied) overall fantastic stay, will be back :)

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Laurent. The Villa seemed a lot bigger in real life than on the pictures which was a pleasant surprise for us. The pool was a treat, staff were absolutely lovely and super helpful. The location was fantastic, we could walk to the food shops within 10min and to the restaurants and beach within 20/25min. Overall, we were so pleased with our stay at this Villa. If we were to come to Seminyak again we would definitely book again. Thank you very much Max!

Service was top notch n very responsive. We arrived few hours before official check-in & was told we could drop our bags off. However, we got a surprise call that we could check in earlier as previous guests had left! This was such a nice gesture. Aircon in one of the bedrooms was not working well n when I notified concierge service even late at night, it got fixed immediately, which was really appreciated. Bed linen was of the best quality n I even asked where they purchased it from coz I wanted to get for myself! Villa however is a little run down compared to what was shown on the pictures.

had a very great time staying at this villa. the host and the staff are very nice and helpful, starting from the warm welcome from the host till the end of our stay. the host and the staff can even help us book any activities or services in Bali. the service here is also fast, they fixed the AC leaking up within a hour after we call. overall we really recommend this place, it looks as good as in the picture, very homey but modern, and the hospitality is very great.

Bath and pool towels were provided and replaced once during our 5 night stay which was a nice touch. Max and Villa Manger Achi were very responsive and helpful as well. Overall a very nice place to stay (minus the mosquitoes which can be repelled by insect sprays which was also provided!), would highly recommend!

Location was good but the road is a bit narrow if you bring a car, also there are many other villa in the alley so sometimes it is hard to find a parking spot, but the security will help you to find one. When i was arrived the villa and pool is a bit dirty, but when i tell the host, they clean it early in the morning. Overall it was great, and the host is really communicative.

All the 3 toilets & 2 bathrooms needs an upkeep & maintenance. Especially the water pressure is very low/little for all showers as well as all toilet flushers that even almost no water out whenever you flush the toilet away. Even after the technician came to fix it & it did not came close to be working well. I only like the open door/window concept in the living room that makes air flows generously with cool breezes. The checkin & checkout went well. The cleaning staffs & villa manager were nice. They came in daily for clean up & also helped us with our luggages. There’s no cutleries as well as no cloth available in the kitchen too. Luckily that we did bring ours to use. In general, the villa itself was quite clean but not well equipped as said.

All good, there was a bit problem with a lot mosquitoes in the common area initially, but the staff was quick to call fogging services and it helped. The wifi was pretty good! The pool was nice with a view towards plant field, but if you are looking to swim, might be a bit too small. Desy was super responsive and helpful. The place could be a little cleaner but overall it was a good stay.

Maxime's place was amazing, it was really clean with some lovely touch here and there. I stayed for 4 nights and had an amazing times. Thank you mba Desy for the hospitality and for the quick response to everything we needed. The location was great, it was really quite but we have security 24/7 in the front of the villa so we don't really feel like we're alone. So thats nice. We had a spider incident in the bedroom but Mba Desy was quick to respond so the security came and sorted it out in no time. Also the next day, the cleaner did a deep cleaning throughout the villa straight away. I mean its a tropical country anyway what to expect.. we might have bugs everywhere. But still for someone whos scared of bugs, It was such an experience. 😄😄😆😆 So yeah overall im giving this villa a good review. I will come back definitely when the pandemic is over! Amazing villa! Stayed here for a week, wish we could stay longer. We got everything we wanted, the place was clean, cozy, beautifully decorated and quiet. The staffs are really nice and they even did a mosquito fogging before we arrived. We had a great time, definitely will come back again!

Also I love the location, there’s a security guard that was receiving our post delivery it was very useful. +we loved the evening lightning in the pool area ❤️ I highly recommend this place and would love to come back myself.

Villa Laurent was the perfect weekend getaway during these difficult times. An unfortunate miscommunication with check-in times aside, it was a great experience and I was very happy with my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, the pool was fantastic and the lounge area very comfortable. Some areas of the villa could use some attention however; the kitchen definitely needs an update, and some of the cool lighting seen in the photos wasn’t working. But as I didn’t use the kitchen at all except the fridge it was not really an issue for me.

Anything we need it they will sorted out straight away! The house was very clean, and the girls and Gardner do a great job in maintain the property like in the pictures. The swimmingpool it’s great! Very transparent water and big enough to stay all day in the water playing with kids! Very nice place and people!

We were fortunate to stay here for 2 weeks and enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff are fantastic, kept the place sparkling clean and made us delicious breakfasts when we preordered it. Beds and linens are great and the aircon works perfect. The best is the outdoor living space, we rested and swam in the fantastic pool many of our days. Getting a driver to take you into town is a breeze and affordable as most places are close. Highly recommended this villa...thanks for a wonderful time!

Боялся, что действительность не будет соответствовать тому что на фотографиях. Но нет, все очень даже совпало, чему мы были очень рады! Хорошее место, уборка ежедневная (кроме воскресенья). Разрешили поздний выезд, чтобы не болтаться с сумками до аэропорта. Рекомендую!

Maxime's place is clean, well appointed and stylish. The kitchen is a bit worn but well equipped. Please note it is a 30 min walk to Seminyak square , but this suited us as we preferred to be somewhere quiet. The staff were lovely and attentive.

Location pretty good as we basically walked everywhere didn’t feel the need to hire a scooter and only used a taxi a couple of times. Great villa to relax and unwind in comfort and style! Highly recommended! we enjoyed our stay to the fullest! the staff is very friendly and helpful. scooter rental or laundry can be organised if needed. there was an old mobile we could use to reach the staff at any time. towels are provided. rooms are made daily. on the first morning we even got breakfast served. the villa looks as beautiful as in the pictures! we didn't find the villa easy on foot because google maps is not very accurate. but the locals were happy to give us the right directions. if you get the chance to stay at villa laurent- take it!
