Great place to stay in Canggu. It has an outdoor layout for the kitchen and bathrooms. The wifi was good enough for remote work. The location is on a quiet street but close to lots of cafes, yoga studios, etc. There is some construction noise next door but it wasn't loud enough to disturb us too much. The concierge was also helpful to arrange airport pickup and tours. Would recommend for a nice place to stay in Bali!

The place was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were a nice mix of indoor and outdoor. Everyone was responsive and we had no issues going to and from the property on bikes. The pool was just what we wanted and needed, we swam every day while we were there. There are a lot of geckos and some spiders but it really didn't bother us as they didn't bother us!

Dans l’ensemble, le logement est très bien, la piscine est superbe. Cependant certaines actions étaient complètement en décalage avec nos attentes . 1) Pour le Check in, nos avons reçu une dizaine de message pour nous demander l’heure exacte de notre arrivée alors que nous avions expliquée ne pas la connaître exactement. Une plage de deux heures de leur suffisait pas. 2) Une femme de ménage venait tous les jours faire un tour dans la maison, balayer un peu mais sans frapper à son arrivée. Niveau intimité c’était limite. 3) Lors du Check out, 4 personnes sont venues en tout (la dame du départ, la femme de ménage et deux hommes), c’était très déstabilisant car nous étions totalement dans les temps. Encore une fois nous manquions de liberté et d’intimité (surtout quand la femme de ménage débarque à 9h30) Pour le reste, la pure prestation du logement était très bien. La cuisine est en extérieur mais est bien équipée.

Max’s villa and the team he has supporting it were both fantastic. The concierge team helped me book a private driver even before I was actually staying at the villa. They met me at checkin and checkout, were very friendly and the villa was well kept. It’s close to Satu Satu which we ate at every day for breakfast. Kenji, also within walking distance, was also fantastic for dinner. For construction happening as close as it was, didn’t hear it at all. And the villa is far enough from the street that you hear nothing. Great stay. Thanks!!

We had a great experience at villa Moringa. The location is central and yet offers a lot of privacy. Once you get into the property, you feel like you are tucked away in a little oasis. Beautiful garden and swimming pool, with an open designed kitchen and living area provides the Bali vibe. Both rooms have a spacious layout and also access to the pool. Overall, a great stay. Managment plus owner himself took care very well for us and immediately addressed any questions we had. Heiko

Airy and open kitchen and dining area while you can close up the bedrooms and keep the mosquitoes out. Lovely outdoor showers and bathrooms. The pool is wonderful. Fast wifi. Very quiet location down a side street. Close to many great restaurants and cafes etc. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay, many thanks to the hosts! The location is very good - it's really quiet expect minor construction work and at the same time very close to all you need - 10 min bike ride to the beach, a 7 min walk to the yoga center, and a few really good restaurants. I was also able to comfortably work remotely - it has good internet speed and a working desk in one of the bedrooms. Villa is spacious and has all the needed amentities, as well as a responsive team who can assist and fix/provide anything you need.

Great place! Walkable to many restaurants/shops in the Canggu area and a short ride to the beach. Dependable WiFi around 60 Mbps to work from. Loved the pool to cool off during the day. Max was extremely helpful and communicative the entire stay. Would gladly recommend!

Really enjoyed the stay. Villa manager met us on arrival, very nice cleaner came 3 times a week, great property in great location. A couple of minor defects that was previously unknown to the manager/owner - the owner rectified expeditiously. The team managing it are great, would highly recommend. I’ve been to Canggu several times before, felt this was fair value.

Max and his team were accommodating and responsive. The check-in process was seamless. We were greeted by the villa manager, who explained everything about the villa. The checkout process was fast and seamless, too; she arrived on time for the checkout, although we had to leave early in the morning because of the flight schedule. The villa is clean. Because we were staying during the monsoon season, the owner and his assistant came to check the villa to ensure no water was leaking into the property. The concierge team - Putu - is very responsive and helpful. We had to extend our stay for a night because the airline rescheduled our flight, and that process too was seamless and fast. We requested Max and the team to arrange for a driver to pick us up from the airport. The team sent us Komang, a polite, respectful, and reliable driver. We hired the driver for our tour throughout our stay in Bali and our return to the airport. I will definitely contact Max and his team again!

We had an amazing stay in this villa. The outdoor areas have lots of spaces for relaxing, the pool larger than other villas we’ve stayed in, and the outdoor bathrooms a next level treat. On top of that the service was exceptional - the owner and the concierge were always responsive and willing to help in any way they could. We’d recommend this villa!

Amazing and exactly what we were after. Very friendly crew and owner. When we needed any help the response was very quick. Added this location to my shortlist of places to stay when visiting Bali :) Fast internet and suitable for remote work. Quiet area and if you are after party vibes it is just 15 minutes drive on the scooter. A lot of good food places and massage shops in walking distance.

La piscine est grand, propre et entretenue. Le service et le staff sont très polies et la communication est facile. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Il y’a un garde de nuit pour la sécurité. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bien respecter. Je reviendrai sans hésiter une prochaine fois.

really love this villa. quiete small but comfortable for 4 people. the bedroom, bathroom, pool, kitchen are very clean. they provide free snacks and drink as well. for family trip or friends group, it's a nice place to stay and easy to access. ka dyan as the manager is very humble and kind. unfortunately they didn't provite toothbrush and toothpaste. but overall i really recommend this villa if you seek a cozy place and accessible

I stayed for 4 weeks and the villa was great for me. Located about 200m off the busy road it’s a quiet location with no roosters or barking dogs. There are restraunts and stores located within walking distance and I used a scooter to travel further. The villa was well equipped and maintained with everything I needed. The management was very responsive when required (the shower head was broken and the owner had it fixed the next day).

We rented Villa Moringa 2 from April 8th until the 30th 2022 and it was great. The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean, cozy, comfortable and quiet. All the staff was extremely helpful and we did not have any issues with the villa. We would recommend this villa for a short or long stay, we certainly would love to come back!

Wonderful experience. The villa itself is beautiful and stylishly decorated. It exudes a feeling of tranquility and peace. What really impressed us though was the outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. This is what an AirBNB experience should be like. It was a perfect stay for our first week in Bali. If we're looking for another place to stay in Bali, we'll look at Maxime's villas first. Highly recommended.

Villa Moringa is in a good location having 2 minimarts out front of the villa. Great warung right out front and many restaurants within walking distance. All beds are very firm. Air conditioning in secondary bedroom is a little on the small side considering how large the room is. The step down into the secondary bathroom shower is large and would be difficult for older people. Wifi was extremely fast and reliable, however the satellite tv channels available were strictly over 100 indian, 3 french and 2 english news channels. No subtitles at all. Pool was of a good size however it should be noted the tile flooring verandah next to the pool becomes very dangerously slippery when wet. Showers were hot and sufficient pressure. Cleaning was very good and towels/sheets all clean and soft. Communication from the employed villa manager was often very slow or non responsive. Overall villa is in a good location, clean, spacious and suitable for a family with older children. Well equipped kitchen. Villa Moringa is maybe 5 years old.

Villa is great 1 minute walk from main road, so surprisingly calm. Fully equipped kitchen, Pool perfect, “you can swim”, the Very big outdoor bathrooms are a dream. To be 100% mobile you need to have a scooter and be a good driver, lots of traffic but normal in canggu. A great first villa experience in Bali.
