Max and his staff were very responsive and helped us check in and out smoothly. Each room is furnished well and clean with, most helpfully, strong airconditioning. The living room while modern and open could probably use some curtains as it was quite warm during the day despite the fans and airconditioning. The location is also very convenient for food, cafes, and snacks.

Nous sommes arrivés à 2h00 du matin et Max était là pour nous accueillir avec le verre de bienvenue. Logement totalement conforme à sa description. Chambres et lits spacieux et très propres. Fontaine d'eau potable et fraîche à volonté très appréciable. Possibilité de manger sur place ou à emporter et de se faire masser à proximité à pied. Nous conseillons vivement.

Max and Lusi are amazing hosts and Palm a was a perfect place for our family. Very helpful staff and manager. Definitely will recommend to people who want to stay in Ubud and have some quiet family time. Palm Villa is only 3 kms from Ubud palace and main attractions and is easy to get to.

It was a wonderful and peaceful place, away from the traffic in ubud. The host is proactive and super friendly! They provide you a 24/7 concierge service and their responsiveness is impeccable which I really appreciate. The host and concierge had a very positive attitude to all my requests. We are really glad to have found this place

lovely location, very accessible to attractions as well as mount batur, only downside during my stay was that there was an electrical and water outage in the middle of the night, causing disturbance to my friends and I, further on when I checked in there wasn't any water, didn't have much compensation or late check out benefits.

Det var en rigtigt smuk villa og også meget ren. Kan klart anbefales. Dog var der mange problemer med vandet, hvilket gjorde vi tit ikke kunne gå i bad, toilet eller vaske hænder. De prøvede dog ihærdigt at fikse det, også uden vi selv henvendte os til dem. Men det var en smule træls i længden.

Spacious, perfectly located Villa a short walk or scooter ride to cafes and restaurants. Spotless throughout and cooling was 10/10 on a couple of hot days. Only feedback is the pool temp could be colder for those refreshing swims on hot days.

This villa wasn't a highlight in our month in Bali. It was very new but not very clean, there was a strange smell coming out of the plumbing and some issues with dirty dished, doors, sheets and floors. It's a lovely place that needs a bit of care and attention. Dealing with the agency that manages the villa was also quite onerous, it seemed they were juggling a lot of properties so it was sometimes difficult getting accurate or consistent information. I don't think we'd stay here again.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! The villa is incredibly beautiful and the amenities are amazing! The pool area is lovely and the view of the rice field is beautiful to wake up to. The villa manager and Lusi are both so helpful and responsive, all our needs were always attended to and they were so friendly and helpful! The beds were very comfortable and each room had an en-suite which was amazing! Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough. We miss the villa already!

Walkable distance to nice restaurants and mini Mart. Easy to grab to Ubud city center that's like 20 mins drive. Peaceful n safe environment

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing villa and I can’t recommend it enough. The team of support staff was super friendly and the host was quick to respond to any inquiries. The villa itself is absolutely stunning. The interior is modern and beautifully decorated with the large swimming pool which was a major highlight, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, they have the daily cleaning service so it was so comfortable to see the place cleaned up after a long tiring day out. The location was perfect for exploring the famous attractions nearby. Highly recommend to rent a scooter, it it really convenient to get around. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The place was so spacious and very clean, nice and modern. Host and housekeeping was great, they were helpful and responsive to our needs. The pool was bigger than what we thought it would be. It was peaceful and private. A couple mins drive to Ubud centre so location was good. We did have an issue with one of the rooms with the draining however it was fixed straight away. Overall great first experience. Would highly recommend for a group of friends or family.

New construction Villa that is away from all the noise of central Ubud but still close enough to experience everything it has to offer. There are restaurants that are walkable distance and a convenience store that is almost next door. Via scooter you are about 15 minutes from Tegalalang rice terrace and waterfalls and about 3 minutes from central Ubud shops. Villa is new construction so everything is new. Full kitchen, nice sized pool and the AC is super cool in the bedrooms. Bathrooms are modern. I’d stay here again. One thing is that I did have a pair of shoes get stolen outside my front door so keep your shoes inside. Oh, and the staff is very responsive and communicate very well over WA messenger.
