We were looking for a peaceful and cool stay in Bali during the hot summer and we found exactly what we were looking for. We loved every bit of our stay. The place was very clean and tidy. Usually in the places that we stay, something or the other will be out of order but here everything was perfect and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The place is not at a walkable distance from Central Ubud but if you are looking for something quiet and peaceful with a view. This is it

Super logement encore mieux que sur les photos ! Parfait pour un groupe d’amis ou une famille. Nous étions 8 et le logement était très bien adapté. Le petit déjeuné était excellent et préparé tout les matins par le personnel ( très sympa au passage). Le seul point à revoir serait la propreté de la cuisine mauvaise odeur, ustensiles tous un peu taché et l’emplacement. Préparez vous à devoir prendre la voiture pour aller au centre ville ( 20/25min en voiture ). J’avais vu beaucoup de commentaire concernant le bruits des poules, je ne suis pas d’accord c’est la nature ça ne nous a pas du tout dérangé .

Wonderful stay, wonderful villa
Positive: Nice open design, well decorated, with the completeness of a second home. Spacious feel, large pool and beautiful views over a green valley. We chose this villa to explore the region north of Ubud and had our own transportation. It's a 30 minute drive to Ubud market. Friendly staff. Negative: The Villa management has been outsourced, so communication felt a bit less personal, and a bit more 'pushy' (ia check-in/out times, review). A power outage was quickly dealt with by local staff. Breakfast was ok, but a bit below the overall standing of the villa. The access road is a bit tricky (narrow and steep). Our Toyota Innova could just manage.

Remote, big, and spacious villa with infinity pool that could use an update
Positive: The staff were great very helpful and smiling. Willing to assist with all our different requests. The infinity pool was big and the rooms are spacious. The WiFi was working decently and a lot better then what we experienced in the northern part of Bali Negative: The villa is very remotely located. They do offer shuttle services to Ubud for 600.000 Idr per trip (round trip). There is not much close by so scooter is a good idea however the road down to the villa is very steep and not beginner friendly for people who does not normally drive a scooter. The facilities could use an update, especially the net around the bed keeping the bugs out.

Absolute Paradise!
Positive: We stayed four days at Villa Themma Jungle and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we entered this property we loved it. The views from the property are breathtakingly beautiful and the garden in immaculate condition. The infinity pool is beautiful to look at and swim in too. The bedrooms are large, spacious and with a lovely ambience. The bathrooms are gorgeous and the outdoor shower a favourite. The sounds of wildlife around us was magical. We are a family of 6 and felt very safe staying at Villa Themma Jungle. Breakfast was also excellent and provided each day. Negative: No comment

Paradise on Earth
Positive: The accommodation was wonderful, away from the noise of the city in the countryside, but Ubud was also easily accessible by car (~30 min) or scooter (~15 min). The staff was very nice, all our wishes were fulfilled. The breakfast was delicious, we could choose every day whether we wanted American or Asian style. The rooms were spacious and very cozy decorated, the private pool with well equipped terrace/lounge was fantastic! We also had a super driver (by recommendation of the staff) who guided us in good company through the wonders of the island. Negative: Everything was amazing, I wish I could live there!

Eine wirklich wunderschöne und sehr große Villa. Ansprechpartner waren gut zu erreichen und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Gastgeber bieten eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen zusätzlichen Dienstleistungen, Aktivitäten oder Miete von Fahrzeugen an. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, es wäre aber auch noch etwas Luft nach oben. Wir würden wiederkommen auch wenn die folgenden Kleinigkeiten verbesserungswürdig wären. Alles in allem aber eine tolle Unterkunft. Ein Manko war die Lautstärke in der Umgebung, es fühlt sich erst sehr abgelegen an und sieht aus als wenn man einsam im Jungle wäre, aber in der Gegend gibt es viele Hähne/ Hühner die überraschend laut sind. Gegenüber der Unterkunft ist eine Bali-Swing und somit hört man auch von dort immer wieder das Geschrei der Besucher durch das Tal schallen. Nachts hörten wir auch immer wieder Musik aus der Nachbarschaft. (eventuell nur von der stattfinden Hochzeit)

La casa es un sueño. Las vistas maravillosas...una piscina preciosa y el salón abierto maravilloso. Está apartada de la civilización, justo lo que buscábamos. Y sí que es cierto que se oye todo el tiempo a los gallos y gallinas de los vecinos que se meten en el jardin, pero a mí no me molestaba nada. Las habitaciones grandes y cómodas y los baños superespaciosos , limpios y preciosos. Lo único que pondría a mejorar es: La luz: le falta mucha luz a la casa, sobre todo a los baños. Demasiado oscuro y dificil leer con la luz de la habitación. La cocina: deberían retirar los productos que quedan de los anteriores inquilinos, revisar más los armarios con "restos" y mayor limpieza de cubiertos y utensilios, que además son escasos...no está pensada para hacer vida de comer y cenar en la casa. Más bien, para alguna "comida esporádica" El guarda de la noche: se queda en medio del salón o la cocina mirandonos y participando de nuestra vida. Pero le dijimos amablemente que podía irse

Bad host, do not stay there!
Positive: Beautiful villa in a beautiful landscape Negative: Host refused credit card payment when already in property and demanded cash or bank transfer, we have no access to internet banking on trip, luckily we had cash! Host was changing payment aggressively, initially refused to issue invoice in the required form. Lot of hassle, very bad experience, we would never stay there again and cannot recommend the place.

Positive: beautifully designed in a very serene and zen way. super comfortable beds, great open layout with stunning view of the jungle. beautiful infinity pool, and we loved the massage quarters. the staff was just amazing and super helpful. special mention to Kadek who was attending to our every need and at all times. definitely coming back! Highly Recommended Villa in Ubud👍🏻 ~ Villa Thema Jungle cocok untuk kalian yang mencari Private Villa dengan suasana alam dan peaceful. Pemandangan di villa ini cantik + pada pagi hari kalian bisa melihat sunrise di sela-sela pepohonan. Udara disini segar dan cenderung sejuk dingin pada malam hari. ~ Kondisi villa juga bagus dan terawat, memiliki peralatan-peralatan yang lengkap, kolam renang yang besar dan cukup bersih. Villa juga dibersihkan setiap pagi oleh staff villa. ~ Para staff di villa Thema Jungle sangat ramah dan selalu melayani kami dengan baik selama menginap disana. Mereka selalu mempersiapkan sarapan yang enak dan sesuai dengan permintaan kami. Kalau kalian butuh sesuatu, para staff dapat dengan senang hati menolong kalian. The villa is really remote and perfect for staying a few days and just relax. The view in the jungle is insane and the great staff keeps everything completely clean. The staff organised scooters for us (you really need them since there is nothing around) and brought them to the villa. The service is incredible. Security guardance is provided but security will stay in the house. Since we preferred privacy we asked to not have a guard, what was totally fine. A small minus is the chicken and farm noises around but it didn't bother us at all. Highly recommended to stay here! Also the locals are really nice and the area is just beautiful. We recommend going by scooter towards Mt Batur. It's not too much traffic and you see many temples on the road so even the road trip to Mt Batur view point is already a highlight.

such an Amazing place. Decorated beautifully. very peaceful with an amazing view. The staff here was the most amazing that we have experienced. Went over and above there duties to accommodate our requests and make us feel at home. such amazing people, we cannot praise them enough. will definitely return as soon as possible.
