The pictures of the villa look amazing - but there are a few points to note : In need of maintenance The electricity trips regularly The deck area around the pool has 5 bean bag loungers which is insufficient for a house that can sleep up to 10 guests Also they are so low that one has to roll off them and push oneself up to a standing position on all fours Not suitable for children - the upstairs area above the lounge and kitchen is not safe : there are stairs leading to a roof of sorts which has no balustrading and the passageway balustrading to the upstairs bedrooms is not high enough When the children swim and play in the pool the waves created by pool water splash right into the 2 bathrooms and make the tiled area very slippery. The kitchen is severely lacking in cooking utensils - there were small frying pans, a wok and a small pot with no lid. Absolutely useless for a family of 9 as we were. The toaster trips the electricity at all times.

Beautifully appointed private villa in the heart of Canggu, surrounded by lovely restaurants, cafes and other amenities such as fitness and wellness spaces. The villa is only a 10 minute walk to the beach. We had a few issues with the electricity but nothing that wasn't easily managed. The team behind the scenes were incredibly responsive and made it a wonderful place to stay.

The Villa was wonderful, we could not fault it. Perfect size for a family of 6 with 4 teenagers. Was a short stroll to the beach for some amazing sunsets. There are alot of good options to eat very close to the Villa which is why we didnt opt to have breakfast cooked in the Villa. The Sunday markets are an absolute must to visit. Our first visit to Cangu has left us with a bigger love of Bali.

The map address provided was slightly inaccurate. The villa is accessible through a narrow road which can be an issue for bigger vehicle. The villa was spacious, but upon our arrival, we noticed dust on the floors in both the living area and every bedroom we entered. Furthermore, three out of the four rooms experienced issues with the air conditioning. The pool was also not well-maintained, as it contained floating dead insects and leaves. Fortunately, the villa's housekeeping is overseen by a responsive 24-hour online concierge, which promptly addressed our needs. The housekeeper also managed to prepare an excellent breakfast for us on our last day.

The villa’s location is perfect, walking distance to plenty of cafes and restaurants. The villa was well maintained and clean and Lusi was very friendly and helpful as was the cleaner who came almost everyday. The beds were very comfortable and the size of the house was perfect for the five of us. Our issues were mainly the mosquitoes as the ensuite bathrooms on the ground level were inside/outside bathrooms. The entrance from the terrace leading down to the living dining area had no door so again, we were battling mosquitoes which did not make for a very comfortable stay. The pool could do with a good filter. There was a strange smell in in the living area and one of the upstairs toilets. Overall, our stay was ok.

Great villa and great location, unfortunately had a few issues. We lose power in some form everyday for the 4 days we stayed here, this seemed to be due to fuses shorting. There was also a noticeable smell coming from the cleaners bathroom. As the living room was not fully sealed to this area, this smell was constant inside. The pool filter did not appear to be working and got progressively dirty, to be fair there was a significant storm that contributed to this. Still good value for money but not glamorous by any means

If you are considering staying at this villa, BOOK IT! Photos don’t do it justice it, beautiful big villa with a perfect size pool for a large group. The location was also perfection we could walk mostly everywhere and scoot to the places a smidge further for $2 au. Communication was easy and delightful, staff were also super friendly and kept the place looking amazing. Couldn’t recommend enough and will be back!

Those pictures are real, even better when you are there Location only 5min walk to nelayan/batu bolong beach you can find many restaurants nearby, tiga, accent, fold... large supermarkets are few minutes away by bike as well. it is also near the shortcut, so easy access to other places in canggu and seminyak Staff very friendly and responsive to any of our enquiries I would strongly recommend the villa. I will be back for sure.

Amazing place to stay right in the heart of Canggu, close to plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. The property is very nice with everything you need, great host who even arranged Taxi’s for us. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
