It is a bit different from the pictures - the big living room area is not enclosed, so it is not air conditioned and the mosquitos can be brutal. The bathrooms are also a bit funky, as the toilets are in the showers. It is a fantastic place though and the host and staff were so kind! The location is also incredible; it’s right across from Bintang supermarket and there are a ton of amazing restaurants around! Would love to stay here again.

Great private villa close to Seminyak action. Communication, check in, and cleaning were great. We encountered a few minor issues. With a quick message to the host, solutions came and fixed each issue each time. No complaints there. The pool was amazing. I recommend this place. You will love it. ❤️

Extended family of 8 on Christmas holidays.. This place was amazing. The staff, especially Alex were great! Alex was very respectful and courteous when at the property, so was the gardener (who’s name I never got). The property is as described. It was actually a lot more spacious than what the photos show! There was clean drinking water provided and available to us at all times. The wifi worked well, too. The property itself was about a 3 minute walk to Bintang supermarket for all of our needs, so that was convenient! What stood out the most to me was the concierge team that was available 24/7 via text. They did everything we asked of them, and promptly. We will definitely stay with this team again on our return to Bali.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Nylam, Max and the 24-hour concierge could not have been more helpful for any questions we had. The Villa was as described, and the Villa, garden and pool were tended to daily. The location is a couple of streets off the main road, meaning we were close to amenities but had some quiet and privacy. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa!

Jolie villa très agréable et pleine de charme avec son jardin arboré très exotique et sa piscine au milieu. Situation Idéale prés des commerces à 5 min à pied et à l’écart du bruit des voitures. Tres bonne literie pour passer de bonnes nuits. Des personnes agréables et dévoués pour notre bien être. Alex qui nous a fait le petit déjeuner indonesien et continental a été formidable. Ari le chauffeur trés gentil. Tous à notre service ! Possibilité à pied d'aller faire du shopping, des massages et des restaurants. Très pratique. L'accueil a été très sympatique. Je recommande sans hésitation ! Nous étions 7 en famille. Chacun avait sa chambre et salle d'eau

The cleaning staff were amazing !!!! Air conditioning in 3 of the four bedrooms don’t run great , bathrooms could do with a scrub as they have a bad smell. Needs some repairs as older style of house . Pool was great and clean Location was good for walking to eat out One of our children broke a glass by accidssebt and we were made to pay 5k which seems ridiculous

Positive: Alex looked after us very well and was very welcoming. The lounge room was very spacious and it was great to have a kitchen to self cater. Location was close to shopping and supermarket but was also quiet and relaxing. Negative: Upstairs bathrooms have the toilet in the shower section which was quite awkward, and they need updating. Lots of mosquitoes at night - although the villa provides plenty of repellent and coils.

Was a great stay. Beautiful and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Alex was a fantastic host and Iluh was very helpful. Had an air-conditioned with low cooling that was replaced entirely straight away and another minor issue fixed straight away. Will definitely be back:)

The place is as depicted in the pictures. Lots of trees and shades. Lots of mango fruits on the tree. Rustic. Layout of living area is comfortably and cozy. Allowed us to spend a lot of family time. Super airy. One area to improve is the bathrooms , as there are some clogged pipes occasionally. Also need some cloth hanging place in bathroom. Kitchen is well appointed. Everything in working order. Swimming pool is very clean. May have some rodent issue as the space is rather open with garden. Location wise it is walking distance from Bintang supermarket and the beach. Quite a lot of restaurants and warungs around the corner.

Fantastic location and exactly as described. The service from time of booking, through check-in, during the stay to check out was exceptional. Friendly staff always willing to assist when asked and proactive in anticipating our needs. Organised airport pickup/drop off. The villa was very peaceful and beautiful pool and garden. Great accommodation for families and/or groups of friends. Would certainly look to start again if we return to Bali.

Thank you for the stay at the beautiful villa NYLAM. We were with 5 and absolutely loved our time here. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, we were able to rent brand new “scoopys” for our stay as well. Communication was clear with the management. If I had to be critical, there was 1 night where the electricity shut off constantly, but once we mentioned this you looked immediately in to this. Thank you for this wonderful experience and thanks to the kind staff.
