  • A Deposit of 50% of the total amount of your stay will be required in order to confirm your reservation and block your travel dates.

  • The Deposit is not refundable. (except for medical emergencies or in the event of exceptional extenuating circumstances**).

  • The Balance of the reservation will have to be paid either during the check in procedure (in cash, or via debit/credit card -3% fee-), or before the check in date (by paypal transfer, or bank transfer. Transfer fees, if any, are not included).

  • No Security Deposit is required. However, the guest will have to pay for any damages made to the property or its amenities.

*Because of the current Mount Agung situation, we apply a new exceptional cancellation policy which is as follows: If a guest needs to cancel his upcoming stay (up to 7 days before arrival) because of a volcanic eruption of Mount Agung causing the cancellation of flights, we will offer a full refund. However, any cancellation request more than 7 days in advance will have our regular policy applied, as the situation can evolve quickly in that amount of time.

*Regarding the current Cov-19 situation worldwide, VBM and its dedicated booking platform BalinB will provide a full refund for cancellation requests that fall under "extenuating circumstances" (Travel ban / Medical certificate or forced quarantine) preventing you from traveling within 30 days prior to arrival. A certified document / medical certificate etc might be requested by BalinB/VBM in order to verify that the cancellation request does fall under these exceptional circumstances.

Do not apply for reservations confirmed after March 20th 2020, and with a Check In date on August 31st 2020 or earlier (under the new exclusive discounts) / or, for cancellations requests made within 7 days prior to arrival.



  • Check In time is 2pm / Check out time is 12am (noon). A Maintenance Manager will be present to assist you during your Check-In and your Check-Out.

  • It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms.

  • No extra visitors are allowed for overnights, unless specifically asked to the Host or Maintenance Managers, who will be able to provide extra beds upon request.

  • No parties or events unless specifically authorized by a Host or Maintenance Manager.

  • No loud noise and/or music late at night.




  • Daily Cleaning, Monday to Saturday. If requested, the housekeeper can also come in on Sundays for an extra fee.

  • Free Airport Pickup for most stays over 4 to 7 nights.

  • Complimentary breakfast on first day for most stays over 4 to 7 nights.

  • Free WIFI
