From start to beginning, a five star experience. It started with getting a Airbnb up the road that when we showed up, it wasn’t it living condition. We reached out to max 30 minutes before we needed a place and they were able to take us into this remarkable property. Location was amazing! The property was beyond our expectation and the whole teams way there everyday making sure we were comfortable and the property was tidy. It was hard to leave. Thank you guys!

Poor management, Sarcastic, Irresponsible, finger pointing host. Clearly the 2 power outrage nights was from the villa itself yet the host push the blame to the authorities. I said this is because I went out to the street the neighbours around the villa was having the lights on. During the first power outrage night the host even blame me for contacting the wrong team member that causes the delay. I was very puzzle that the team don’t communicate internally and locate the most suitable team member to assist the guest? The host even promise to provide the proof from the authorities that the power outrage was from them. Till date nothing was received from the host. Overall, won’t be staying in Villa managed by VBM!

Comfortable stay at a beautiful villa. It’s beautifully decorated and spacious for a large group. We appreciate that the TVs are smart and can connect to apps like Netflix and YouTube. The villa manager is also responsive and helpful, and check in was a breeze. The only negatives are that the walls don’t seem to be sound insulated and I can hear every rooster call, dog bark and movement from other rooms. In addition, the place feels perpetually dusty, which I’m guessing is a function of the construction next door. The villa is also unpinned on maps, which makes getting a car slightly tricky.

Villa Laut was lovely, very clean and in a nice quiet location not far from busy Canggu. Max was a great host and helped with anything we needed as did Putu the concierge. The cleaning service was also brilliant and the cleaners were lovely and helpful. Highly recommend this property and host, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definetly be returning.

Nous avons été decus de decouvrir des travaux mitoyens a la Villa a notre arrivée. Au dela du bruit, des nuisances jour et nuit et de la pollution visuelle, la presence d'ouvriers travaillant a proximité et nous observant par dessus le mur de la villa nous a grandement mis mal a l'aise et contribué a un fort sentiment d'insécurité. L'hote s'est montré peu supportif et reactif. Fort heureusement l'assistance airbnb nous a remboursé tres rapidement et nous avons pu passer d'excellentes vacances dans une autre villa.

Just excellent. Staff were great and responsive. Property was well kept and looked awesome. There's just not much to do in the area, but that's fine if you're just looking to relax on vacation.

The staff was probably the best staff I’ve ever encountered because they we so sweet and welcoming. Any needs we had they catered to them right away! A quite place to relax within walking distance to a lovely cafe, nice Warungs and amazing pizza. The villa was unbelievably presented, a real eye for detail. Putu was amazing and attentive and the transport company was so helpful. We will definitely return.

We stayed there for about 4 days and 3 nights. The place is quite easy to access and near popular restaurants such as monseur spoon, sensorium, just 3 minutes walk to the seseh beach, it is super near! The managers are responsive and the rooms are clean. Wifi is quite good and they have speakers and chill vibe. The downside was there were lots of moth since we came on rainy season ( only when it rains, otherwise it is okay), and lesson learned we need to take a pic first all of the towels provided since we were charged for stained towel that actually already stained before we used it.

Villa wise its good, just a couple things need to improve. The wifi is using sim card not Internet Service Provider. Cant even use to play light games on my phone. The water’s pump automatic broke and they fixed it, after that the pool water became green. They tried to fixed it up until 2 days we didnt swim, even when were cheking out they’re still trying to fix the pool water. They need to put bug screen on the balcony door on the second floor. Whole my room theres alot of bugs (small bugs), its a dead bugs. Most of the dead bugs is on my bed and pillows. I asked PIC to change the sheets but i think they just clean it without changing it. Woke up with lots of red dots on our body. Overall its a good place but need proper cleaning.

Max was an absolutely amazing to deal with at Villa Laut. We booked the villa due to its close proximity to the beach and quiet location. It is a new villa and presented in immaculate condition!! Exactly how it looks online. The rooms are large and accommodating for a large family reunion. We recommend making sure you have scooters available at the villa upon arrival as the location is a little distance out of Canggu, a beautiful drive through the rice fields. There are some nice local coffee shops available and the swimming pool was a dream. Looks like Seaeh Beach will be an upcoming hot spot to watch out for. Will definitely be back. Xo

We had such an incredible stay in this beautiful villa! The villa manager was so helpful and friendly plus the place was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed for activities and amenities. The location is a little tucked away but was an easy drive to Canggu and surrounding suburbs. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

Excellent séjour, tout s’est formidablement bien passé, au delà de mes espérances. J’ai même eu du mal a quitter la villa 🥲. Première expérience et sûrement pas la dernière, je conseille absolument ! Tout a été conçu pour vous sentir chez vous, en sécurité et rassuré. Un service de conciergerie incomparable, une mise à disposition de multiple service allant de la livraison de nourriture au ramassage du linge, la mise en relation pour de la location de scooters ou encore l’envoi d’un docteur. Même demandé à la dernière minute, une capacité à réserver des excursions ou des dîners au restaurant incroyable. Concernant la villa, elle est simplement magnifique, un vrai petit cocon dans lequel on se plait a se retrouver en famille ou entre amis après une journée. Chaque chambre étant aménagée de façon a ce que même dans la villa on puisse avoir son intimité. Tout les matériaux utilisés sont neuf et bien entretenu, un service de ménage passant tout les jours avec une discrétion sans commune mesure. J’ai passé deux semaine fabuleuse merci vraiment pour ce séjour et pour toute personne ayant un doute n’hésitez pas !

La conciergerie est très réactive et professionnelle. Dany nous a été d’une grande aide avec les enfants pour les cours de surf et sa disponibilité. Nous recommandons à 100%.

L’accueil, le confort et la propreté sont exceptionnels. La proximité de la plage avec bar et club de surf chez Sese à 150/200m. Nous conseillons ce logement, nous y avons passé un agréable séjour.
