Lovely villa, in a quite area....with (almost) no roosters!!! We were able to sleep-in very easily with out the demented incessant crowing...which was great!! Great pool and open plan kitchen/living area. Down the end of a alley way with little to no noise from the neighbours. The beds are really comfortable and the A/C is excellent. There are some little cafes/warungs just a short walk up the street and a little corner store if you run out of the basics. Would definitely stay again. Max and his staff are super responsive and helpful. Overall the stay was easy and relaxing, as it should be. :-)

Thanks Max, your villa was exactly as described. A beautiful open space with a luxurious pool we enjoyed everyday to relax and unwind after the hustle and bustle of Canggu streets and crazy scooter drivers. The rooms were well appointed with power adaptors provided and linen that was changed every other day with friendly cleaners and a responsive concierge who was able to arrange all that we required including an in-house massage after our long flight to ensure a great first night. This location is 15 minutes drive by car to the main Canggu beaches, shops and restaurants with plenty of local options also very handy but is also private, having your own transport is helpful but there are always Grab's or Gojek's scooters around for a lift to go into the hustle.

DOG FLEAS WERE EVERYWHERE – beds, floors, curtains, walls. They got to me, my dog and my clothes! Admin and owner's were not helpful at all; only stating they thought they cleaned it throughly which made me believe they knew there were fleas. Utterly disguting. PAST MIDNIGHT I had to deal with going to the vet, hurried packing, and hotel search were exhausting and stressful. The manager was a no-show despite scheduling a meeting, no compensation offer for the vet visit, and the owner didn’t even respond to my feedbacks. Check-in: Admin's 12-1pm request slot felt rigid even though I told the admin I couldn’t predict the traffic. Manager's warning about expensive furniture was rude. Check-out: admin focused on key returning, not issues. On-site staff support and empathy were non-existent, turning the initially thrilling villa stay into an utterly disappointment. Turned my short holiday into a total bust.

Villa Pima is the perfect place to stay in Canggu. This accommodation is close to cafes, supermarkets, laundries and the bustling life of the area. At the same time, the villa is always quiet and calm, you can’t hear the noise of passing mopeds. Spacious cozy living room and kitchen, bedrooms with wide comfortable beds, incredibly picturesque bathrooms, large swimming pool and stunning views of the rice terrace. In reality, it’s better than the photos! Any issues that arose during our stay were resolved immediately. In two weeks the villa became our home) We had a great time, hope to come back, thank you for hosting!

J’ai séjourné sur place avec ma femme pour quelques nuits et nous avons vraiment aimé ! C’est le premier Airbnb qu’on prend à Bali et qui est autant propre et luxueux. La concierge est très réactive et Max a vraiment prit le temps de bien nous accueillir pour nous faire le tour de la maison et nous expliquer le tout en détails. Je vous recommande vivement ce logement car il est à 5 minutes des meilleurs restaurants de Bali.

Location: It is very peaceful however a little far off from the main street. Amenities: Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Villa is close to nature, so you have to expect bugs will naturally be there. if you get freak out with bugs, this isn’t the place for you. We had countless mosquitoes, grasshoppers and trails of ants everywhere. We were fine though☺️ Staffs: Staffs were great and extremely wonderful! They assisted to arrange motorbike rental for us as well. They greeted us during our check in and explained all the procedures and instructions. They are quick to respond to any of our queries. Thank you Ravshan for your kind assistance❤️

We had a fabulous stay in villa Pima! The concierge staff were extremely helpful! The only downside was that we were told the option of late checkout but were denied this because of a last minute booking, however the villa was still Available to book online so not sure if this was true as such. Otherwise the villa was clean and spacious, everything worked well and pool was amazing with lots of sunlight!

This villa was amazing, we had a beautiful time here, the place was clean and was as per description. We got a beautiful view to the rice fields and it was just as we expected. The host was always ready to help, we got a nice restaurant near by and honestly it is a place to stay and rest. Lovely!

The Villa is absolutely stunning - the photos don’t do it justice. The area is definitely off the beaten track so not recommended if you want to be in the thick of it ie walking distance to all the bars and tourist activities. However, it was perfect for our stay - extremely peaceful. We used grab to order groceries and food, and had massages at the villa. There’s a 24H concierge service contactable on a messaging app which was useful too. Overall, the value for money at the Villa is fantastic! The only slight issue is that it was slightly difficult to find the Villa when we first arrived. There’s a small sign by the entrance to the little alley where the villa is but easy to miss it if arriving at night.

Perfect getaway
We enjoyed our stay at Villa Pima. Unlike other villas in the area where 4 walls housed you in, this villa was a breath of fresh air. With ample space, a wonderful pool and strong connectivity, both adults and children were kept busy and happy throughout our stay. We rented scooters to get around as this villa is set out of the hustle and bustle of Canggu. We did realise that traffic was bad at certain times. But that was ok as we ordered meals in. A lead time of aprox 45-1hr from near by restaurants and cafes. Our host and his team did a fab job at making our stay comfortable. They were ready to answer whenever we had a question. Loved our stay and will be back again!

Spent the most wonderful time at this villa which is set back from the hustle and bustle of Canggu. Food is easily ordered via grab and sent to the villa, thus eliminating the pain of getting stuck in traffic. Putu our concierge was there upon arrival and responsive to our needs. He helped secure us bikes as well as a masseur. What stood out the most, was the beautiful paddy field which was our view for the entire trip and the breeze that kept us cool throughout the day. Pool had an adequate amount of sun as well and both our kids had an enjoyable time here. Thank you and hope to be back soon.

The villa is very nice and comfortable. The location is great, and we're met with a beautiful view of the rice field. The service is nice and they clean every day apart from Sunday. Since the location is very open with nature, creatures and bugs tend to go inside the villa. Other than that, it's a nice place to stay and would definitely recommend!

I’ve been coming to Bali for many years now, when looking for a villa this year, I wanted to escape the crowds but still be close to the heart of Canggu. This villa was simply stunning. The rice field views and the privacy, the beautiful pool and the living room… everything was perfect. You definitely need to ride a motorbike if you stay there, it’s easier to go around but it was not a problem for us because that’s what we’ve always done. Honestly this is the best villa I’ve stayed in the south of Bali, would not hesitate to go back again because it has it all. Perfect location, stunning villa and the staff was super kind and helpful. If I had to say one tiny negative comment, it would be the strong smell of the water in the bathroom, it was kind of weird but we did not say anything because it didn’t look like something that could be fixed during our stay. We were super sad to leave Villa Pima, we really felt like home ❤️ Many thanks again to the staff Camille & Julien

We had a beautiful stay at this villa! The villa itself is stunning, so peaceful and relaxing! It has an amazing view that you can stare at all day long! It has everything you need. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfy and very clean! Communication with the concierge was excellent. They were so fast to answer any questions or concerns we had. It is a little further out of the busy area of town but it’s a short motorbike or car ride to all the best restaurants and cafes! Highly recommend this villa!

My favorite spot to chill our mind and body is the pool. And Max with all the staffs really nice and helpful. Will definitely comeback again soon.

Max and his team were super communicative, every message was replied promptly and with full details. The photos of the villa are quite accurate, maybe just a tad bit smaller in real life. It is clean and had enough space for 4 including a comfortable car parking spot, with an amazing view of lush greens that's pretty rare for this value. The kitchen has complete necessities for general cooking, shower/hot water, AC and WiFi all worked fine. If I had to be super nitpicky, perhaps I would update the interior/furnitures a little bit more modern. Also would like to note that the location can be tricky in terms of accessibility, most of the time when we order Gojek, there aren't many drivers nearby so it took a while to get one. It is a quiet and serene area, away from the hustle and bustle, so it is actually perfect for a getaway, just want to suggest that it's best to rent your own ride. Overall, this is a great value villa that is worth every penny. Thank you again, Max and team.

Had a memorable stay. Open living being this close to nature means encounters with some critters. Insect spray/repellent was provided and staff were helpful in dealing with them. Asked for a rice cooker and was provided without additional charge. Place was cleaned daily (except Sundays) and the view and air flow was great.
