因为堵车，我的司机送行李去另外一个酒店，这个酒店必须11点退房，我的司机回来差不多11:30，天气非常热，我希望能在房东这边休息半小时等我的司机，但是房东让我必须出去等，外面真的太热了，第一次遇见这种情况，这样很不友好。 卫生问题:蚊帐上面还有血迹…… 设施：每个房间的洗手间都有很大的一个洞，如果有蛇的话一定进的来 这次住宿是巴厘岛行程里最糟糕的

We had a great stay at max’s place! The villa was exactly what we expected. Gorgeous villa with everything you need and a fabulous team behind it to keep you happy while you stay! We could book for breakfast or dinner to be cooked in the villa, they arranged pick up and drop off for laundry, and offered spa services within the villa if wanted. We had read in reviews that the road was extremely narrow (which it is) but all drivers (even those with XL vehicles) managed up the road just fine and they can turn around in the driveway at the property so it’s perfect! We also read some guests had issues with mosquitos however we had mosquito nets over our beds which were perfect and kept us safe when sleeping. Cannot recommend this stay enough, ubud is a gorgeous place and this is a fabulous base to relax and decompress between exploring!

We had a great stay. The road up to the villa is very small but most taxis (including taxis which can seat 6+ people) can get down the road, although we did have some refuse to drive down and so we had to walk - only 10 mins walk so no drama. The villa itself has all you need, it’s outdoor/indoor living so you have to expect there to be bugs, geckos etc and of course there were some but we never had any issues and bug spray etc is provided. The concierge service is amazing and extremely accommodating. We really enjoyed the garden and pool area too. The only downside was the hut for the 3rd bedroom detached from the property - it looks lovely but the door to the outside bathroom doesn’t fully shut so lots of mozzies get in. Just a note for things which the villa can’t control unfortunately but there were a large group of chickens which tend to squark in ‘harmony’ very early every morning and so lie ins are difficult lol but obviously there is nothing the villa can do about it.

Very peaceful place! Cocok untuk saya dan istri, tapi agak menakutkan untuk anak2 karena banyak binatang seperti frog, toke, serangga. Pompa kolam dan penyemprot toilet pas kami datang memang sedang bermasalah, tapi keesokan harinya langsung diperbaiki sesuai dengan janji staf nya. Staf sangat baik dan ramah!! Akses mobil memang benar benar pas hanya 1 mobil, jadi disarankan pake mobil kecil. Over all sangat rekomen untuk stay disini, karena sangat nyaman! Thanks!

We had a very nice stay at Villa Ketenangan. Putu took very good care of us and was very attentive. Access is not easy, but fortunately we were always able to order a cab to leave or return to the villa. We recommend this villa if you come to Ubud.

Our only issue with the place was the road leading up to the house, they need to figure some other way out for that, rest everything made sure we had a peaceful stay.

The property was way too much inside of Petulan Village in Ubud, far from the city center Ponit, with No nearby Amenities like groceries or Food Shops, Roads are very small for a car to pass by, and many taxis are not ready to come to the location. The Place was Good and quiet, with Good Wooden made rooms with a good stay and a peaceful environment, Bathroom had a water clogging issue, no hot water at all, Taps and Toilet seats were broken, and Soap Bottles were untidy and broken, had a very bad experience, will not recommend to anyone. Access to roads is very very bad, nighttime is silent and peaceful, we had a Good stay. The host was facing communication issues, as people do not speak English in Bali, and have a big communication problem, host and manager were not helpful at all, Minus 5 Starts to be given to this place

4 stars only because of location…else a fantastic villa
The villa though overall is a perfect place, if you are looking for a relaxed and comfy stay. There is hardly anyone around to disturb you. No cars no people no noise at all, just nature to enjoy all around. The only negative point is that it is little far away from main market area so you need a private vehicle if you need to go anywhere. Also the road that leads to villa is so small that it gets very difficult for a car to enter. Otherwise I loved the time I had spent there. Staff is very helpful too.

Positive: No comment Negative: The villa was out in the rural area so it wasn't easy to catch a Gojek to the place. The road to the villa was small, and most drivers did not want to enter the street. Because it was too narrow. There were a lot of bugs and mosquitos in the villa. Overall, we only stayed for one night and though we booked 2 nights. They agreed to refund 50% of the second night.

Lusi was very helpful and the location is great for a group that want privacy while staying at the same Airbnb. It’s a very peaceful place that’s only a short ways away from the business of the city. The only issues we had were occasionally a taxi had a hard time getting to the location (only around a 5 minute walk from there) and the animals in the local area are sometimes loud in the morning. Overall great place to stay! I would definitely recommend it this place! Thank you Lusi!

Nice villa! Only downside: The area is full of roosters that start their noise at 3 am and keep going till the morning. At 5 dogs join the concert. Did not sleep well, because of that, which is a pity, because the villa itself is nice.

Villa très agréable, loin de l’effervescence de Ubud. Au milieu des rizières de Tegalalang. Le seul bémol est que la villa n’est pas facile d’accès en voiture, et pour les scooters les routes ne sont pas en super état. Concernant les chambres, les 2 chambres dans la villa sont top, le bungalow lui est très mignon cependant il n’est pas du tout insonorisé donc il faut aimer dormir avec les hurlements des coqs toute la nuit.
