Awesome, Great, Fantastic and definately coming back !
Positive: Location was near to a lot of places that we had in mind to visit. Place was very clean and minimally intrusive by the host. We arranged for a BBQ dinner on one of the days and it was awesome. Fantastic Villa for a group of 5-6 people. Negative: Whats there to not like??

We stayed in the villa with our extended family. 7 adults and 5 kids. We all loved the Villa and were sad to leave. The common area and pool were outstanding! The pool was really warm and it felt like we were at our own resort. It is pretty easy to get a Grab or taxi to the beach, which we did most days. For breakfast we went across the road to Ingka which was super nice. they is also convenience stores next door. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Beautiful villa Very clean with immaculate gardens and swimming pool. A water dispensar was available it was great, alongside a kettle , great fridge , cook top And coffee maker Lovely beds and superb bathrooms. Absolutely Fab. Max has been both attentive and helpful. The only downside was noise, a loud party until 4 in the morning the first night, calls to Prayer at 5.45 in the morning and persistent road noise. All Of that out of Max’s control Thank you for A great stay

Massive villa, spacious, massive pool, with big kitchen ( who wants to cook on holidays) Location: too far for walking to massage / beach and limited restaurants within walking. Min 30min walk to semiyak or beach 5 min to hotel k ( prison which u hear each meal time 6am 12pm and 6pm ) it at lest a 15-30 wait for a bluebird. If you had your own bike would overcome location ? Property good for large group. 1 tv in common area with limited channels, not good for kids. Cleaning staff every day all day hanging around. We told them to leave after cleaning when we stayed at villa for the day. Toilet blocked and flooded upstairs coming thru lower bedroom one night. Air con broke in main room. Technician sent within 30mins to rectify but had no keys so had to wait thus missing our sunset dinner reservation. Overall considering price/location/amenities / staff 6 out of ten This villa also known as villa bibi or villa cira on web reviews

He is a good host. He usually reply quickly but he ignored few times. Villa is in good location but if someone copy map which is given by host to map . It’s not collect. I should’ve call host. Villa has not good bath amenities. Only shampoo and body wash. No toothbrush and others good amenities. And bath room is broken. I couldn’t use hot water. Especially I was discouraged about hair dryer. Villa has only two hair dryer which are like toy and 1 of 2 is didn’t work. And after asking this problem host brought new one is like 5 dollar hair dryer and couldn’t use very hot wind , just warm. I don’t know why of cause Villa has 5 bed room.Host was too stingy. But anyway Villa was a good and Host was kind.

A lovely villa with really lovely staff. A little away from main tourist areas, but also just a quick ride by taxi or motorbike to reach them. A family group of 12 enjoyed every minute at the villa. Plenty of space for everyone, great size pool and well stocked kitchen. Small minimart also close by.

Absolutely loved our stay. Staff were lovely and the place is exactly like it is in the photos! 5 bedrooms all with bathrooms and the photos match the listing. The place is very walkable and felt safe. Good restaurants and cafes nearby. Great for our group of friends with a massive pool and pool table.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Max's villa in Bali, Indonesia! The villa itself was stunning and exceeded all expectations. The attention to detail in the design and decor was impeccable, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The team's hospitality was outstanding, catering to every need and ensuring a seamless stay. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt like valued guests. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the private pool to the well-equipped kitchen. The breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape were the cherry on top. Max and his team's communication and responsiveness were exceptional, making the booking process and any inquiries a breeze. We also greatly appreciated their patience with our noisy group – they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. We cannot recommend this villa and its team enough – a truly 5-star experience that left us with unforgettable memories of our time in Bali.

Logement idéal pour les groupes avec ses 5 chambres et la possibilité d’avoir des lits supplémentaires (payants). Quelques bruits le matin avec la prière du matin diffusée par haut parleur et quelques aboiements. Salle à manger et salon très agréables donnant sur la piscine. Excellent restaurant (Ingka) juste en traversant la rue. Nous en avons fait notre cantine. La villa est située à proximité de divers commerces locaux et à 20 mn à pied de commerces plus haut de gamme à proximité de la plage immense.

We loved our stay in this villa. The housekeeping were very helpful and friendly. The pool and gardens were maintained daily. Breakfast is available upon request but there are also a few lovely restaurants across the road that are reasonably priced.

Villa is absolutely beautiful and looks just like photos. A few restaurants around and minimal shopping. Taxi to Seminyak is about 15mins in peak hour traffic. No faults with the villa at all. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Amenities were clean and the aircon was cold. The only “issue” would be hearing the religious singing everyday at 6am. It plays in the streets however is very audible in the bedrooms. Same as loud motorcycles and sirens when they go past

Great place for a group to stay. Villa is well maintained with all modern amenities and facilities. Management was prompt enough to reply. Breakfast options can get better. Air-Con in master bedroom wasn’t working in the first night of stay. But was repaired the next morning. My group had a great time.

We loved our stay at the Villa! The pool and living areas were great for our families to relax and enjoy the amenities. There is a great restaurant out the front of the villa which we frequented everyday. Mini mart’s either side of property. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The villa is a little out of the main part of seminyak. Thanks for having us stay!

we had a very bad experience staying at the villa. there’s no privacy at all, the staffs came in without our permission and keeps moving around inside the villa while we eat, swim, had massage (very uncomfortable). Staff keeps going around checking what we are doing (keeps cleaning like he don’t like it when we use the facilities - pool table, kitchen). The next day he’s doing it again eventhough we already said he didn’t need to clean the villa. Maybe the intention was good, to make the villa clean all the time, but on the contrary, there’s no privacy. Toilet was not clean, the water for the bathtub is to weak, it needs hours to fill it. The 2nd floor bedroom is barely usable, because behind the bed, the outdoor AC fan is to noisy. Parking lot is too small for a big villa. Many areas need renovation. The only good point, the villa is big and in good location.

Beautiful Vila in Seminyak. Just like the photo, amazing pool/entertaining area. It was the perfect spot for us to catch up again with friends. Staff where super helpful and kept the vila organised. Fantastic cafe across the road, also walking distance to other great restaurants. Would recommend to groups/familys travelling together and hopefully get to stay again ourselves! Thanks again for a great time in Bali

Our stay was incredible from the moment we booked with Max. We arrived at the villa and it was even better than the photos, the staff were always so helpful and wonderful. Set back off the main street meant it was private and a little oasis of our own. Close to some amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Can not wait to book again for next year.

Amazing big villa! Check in and out a breeze. Our stay was perfect, the staff especially Koomang went above and beyond. Nothing was too much to ask. 8 adults all had our own rooms. Villa cleaned daily, laundry done. We had the in house massages and breakfasts cooked/organised and it was great. Awesome location, note at the end of the lane is Ingka a great little restaurant (and ATM) also a mini mart next door. Easy to get blue bird taxi and room to park your scooter. 5 mins to Seminyak. Naughty Nuries is walkable and great money changer across from it. We used Ingka as a drop off and pick up location. The traffic guys there also help you across the road. Quiet location, we organised gimme catering and cocoloco bartenders for my sons 30th and would also recommend them, would we return yes we would!

Absolutely stunning Villa. I stayed here with my 11 friends and couldn’t ask for a better experience. The design of the Villa made it possible for everyone to have an even better time. Staff was very nice and friendly. There is a beautiful restaurant just down the road and not far from main centres. Very private and safe feel.

Location is about a 15min walk down to eat street….or a 1000rupiah Gojek scooter ride and you’re there in a matter of minutes! Enjoyed a few massages in the villa by the pool. Beds comfortable and pool was perfect temp. Owner and staff easy to communicate with. Would definitely book again 😊❣️
