The space

Villa Laurent is ideally located in a quiet residential area at the gates of the famous district of Seminyak, 5 minutes from all shops and delicious restaurants.
This modern villa of 120m2 on a plot of 2.5 aras has a large swimming pool of 10m x 3m with a big sunbathing area and an incredible view over the rice paddies.
A fully equipped and very functional american style kitchen overlooks the sitting / dining room opening onto the garden and swimming pool.
The two spacious bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has a king size bed, cabled LCD TV, a safety box, sliding doors with black out curtains and a large dressing room.
One has a bathroom with bathtub and shower and the other has a shower.
This property is also fully staffed, with daily cleaning 6 days per week and pool & garden maintenance 2/3 times per week.
And while we had already 5* reviews regarding our cleanliness, we now provide extra cleaning procedures because of the current global crisis and international recommendations.

Located in Bidadari, a secluded and quiet part of Seminyak which center is renowned for its many international restaurants, bars, nightclubs and designer boutiques, Villa Laurent is conveniently located. Close to some of the best up market and traditional shopping in Bali and only 10 minutes from the famous Seminyak Beach and Jl Double Six. When is time to eat , jump in a Taxi and in 5 minutes you will have a selection of some the best restaurants in Bali on the famous "Eat Street" strip another 5 minutes and you can take your pick from exclusive & world renowned restaurants such as KuDeTa & Potatoe Head.
