We can’t fault the team. They’ve been amazingly helpful. A special shout-out to Wina. My kids and I fell sick with a virus and she looked after us and gave us our space and privacy. We were also allowed a late check-in so that we didn’t have to get out of the villa till we had to go to the airport. Will definitely come back.

Lovely place. My kids love the pool floaties!! The villa is so big, bigger than the pic. I also like the parking garage so we dont need to park our car outside. Location was perfect, walkable from double six beach.

This villa is EXCEPTIONAL The villa is very spacious with large living area, bathrooms and bedrooms. Very clean The staff were fantastic and very accommodating to our requests and any questions we had. Check in and checking out was very easy. Very quiet area. Lots of restaurants near by It’s a bit of a walk to beach but very cheap taxi ride if needed. I would highly recommend this villa

One of our favourite villa’s in Bali
Love love love Wina! You’re the best and enjoyed our holiday more with you in it! Chose the villa for the pool to be honest with 7 of us. Best sized pool! Loved also having the open bathrooms, so relaxing. Such a great location as we love spending time in Legian. Not many drivers knew how to get us to the villa as access is limited for cars but it’s okay, we just met people, cars, buses etc outside the brunch club on Legian st instead. This was our first time in a villa, and this did not disappoint! Only con for us was the beds and pillows a little too hard for all of us but wouldn’t stop me staying here again. Had a holiday to remember stayed 22nd Dec-2nd Jan no rain extreme humidity. Not busy people wise, but traffic to other areas was insane a peak times with many families from Jakarta in Bali for holidays with their cars. FYI if not using there airport transfers make sure you have phone reception for maps and phone service in case you need to contact them. Will be booking again soon such a great villa!!

A beautiful retreat, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Legian but plenty close enough to shops and restaurants. Had a power outage on the Sunday, but 15 minutes after reporting it, Wina, on her day off was there up a ladder punching in a code to reboot the electricity! Many thanks to Max, Wina and the management team for holiday to remember.

Perfect location to enjoy the Kuta and Seminyak beaches, before taking your flight at Denpasar Airport. Many restaurants around. Environment is very calm, especially at night. Swimming pool is quite large. Each of the 3 rooms has its own bathroom.

Gem of a villa
Fabulous stay, great location to main legian-seminyak shopping Street, quiet location within local residences, comfy beds, pool fab. Wina cares very well for you and keeps the place spotless. Only minor things was the pillows are quite fat and air con units are very loud however there is a ceiling fan you could us which wouldn't put me off returning.

Villa suliac was a fab starting point to our trip in bali. It is alot larger than you imagine with the photos. Peaceful and lovely pool to relax in. A short stroll down a lane to the main Kuta - legian road for a spot of shopping and about 25 min walk to the beach at a stroll. Wina was the best part of the villa.. Delightful, kept the space spotless and lovely breakkie. The only downside was the noise of the air con units in all the rooms...option of a fan in all the rooms meant you could turn it off to sleep better. Highly recommend this villa.

What an absolute oasis! From the minute you arrive you feel right at home. Wina the housekeeper is an absolute treasure. She welcomes you every day with a huge smile and nothing is too much trouble. The villa is exactly like the pictures, the rooms and pool are fabulous and even bigger than you imagined. The location can be a bit tricky at first but once you have your bearings it’s a 10 minute walk each way to the bustling areas of Legian and Seminyak. I cannot recommend this villa enough, just book it!

Villa Suliac was even better upon arrival. The pool is larger than we thought, as are the size of the rooms. The housekeeper was an amazing lady. Request through management for extra services, massages arranged at Villa were promptly organised as was transportation. We will definitely be returning.

WOW WOW WOW! Max’s place is just amazing, and better than the photos. The bedrooms are big and spacious, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need, and the bathrooms are huge! The pools is just perfect and much larger that expected, bigger enough to exercise in and not just cool off. But the best part is Wina and Putu. Wina was in every morning (apart from Sundays) and couldn’t do enough for us. And Putu collected us from the airport and drove us around the island, recommending places and being very patient. We didn’t get the best weather (should never rain in July) but still found plenty to do. Would return in a heartbeat! 💜

Upon entering Villa Suliac we felt instant serenity. The poll is much bigger than it appears in the photos online and rooms are large, spotless and spacious. The Villa is situated within a quiet area and within easy access or walking distance to any places you want to visit. My family instantly felt connect led to Weina, the keeper of the house and I truly hope that management know that she is the heart of the Villa and a rare irreplaceable staff member. We will definitely be returning upon our next visit.

The Villa is stunning inside and out. Great location, walking distance to shops and supermarket. Beds were very comfy and the bathrooms were huge. Spent most of our time in or sitting around the amazing pool. Easily accommodates three couples. The best part was the housekeeper Wena. She cooked our breakfast every morning and wouldn’t let us lift a finger for anything. A wonderful asset for the villa. Hope to get back there soon. Very highly recommended.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Sulliac. The housekeeper was very helpful and friendly with great English knowledge. The Villa is close to shops and bars and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to be self sufficient if you wish. Our kids had plenty of room to play and roam and loved hanging out in the pool. We highly recommend staying at Villa Sulliac and we wish we could have stayed longer.

We were greeted by the very welcoming Wee-na. The villa was very clean and the pool was amazing. It was a joy to have Wee-na visit us every morning and clean for us. I would recommend this Villa to anyone. It would suit 3 couples, as it is very spacious with a huge kitchen and entertaining area. It has a great laundry service next door and it is only a very short stroll to Jl.Legian where you will find markets and places to eat. Definately be returning in the future. Robyn.

Var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Det eneste som trakk noe ned var sengene. De var ganske harde, og kunne gjerne hatt en overmadrass, slik at jeg ikke hadde fått så vondt i ryggen. Hvis dette fikses er det ingenting negativt å si om villaen. Vaskedamen må få en ekstra anerkjennelse. Gjorde en helt plettfri jobb, og var veldig hyggelig. Totaltsett fornøyd med oppholdet.

The deciding factor when we booked this villa was the pool, it didn’t disappoint, neither did the rest of the villa. It is a comfortable, well laid out space. Location is convenient but tucked away. Management was very attentive, the couple of minor issues we encountered were resolved incredibly promptly. The best aspect of our stay was the lovely Wina, what an absolute delight, we don’t think you could find a better housekeeper. Would not hesitate to recommend or return.

1 month stay, highly recommend, great value too. Only thing is if you don’t leave the light on outside the bats will come. Love the neighbors super friendly and area is very safe. You have a cleaning lady named weena she’s literally the best and super trustworthy.

This was the best villa we stayed at through our 4 week stay in Bali. It was speacous, clean, nicely located, and the pool was big with tanning beds. The host was quick to reply, and the concierge service were very welcoming and flexible with check-in and -out. 10 out of 10 experience.

Great place and the design is very nice. Location is easy to find and easy to order gojek/grab food around. The pool is good for both kids and adults. For the price that we are paying, if you could provide a floaty for the pool, that would be an additional plus since the deep area of the pool is quite deep even for adults. The only suggestion is to improve on the hair dryer that is currently not suitable for long hair individuals.

We had an amazing stay in Max’s villa. The villa itself was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops made our stay very convenient. The staff made our stay even more enjoyable assisting with anything we needed. Communication was a breeze, highly recommend.
